★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, effetuata una domanda di pensione ai superstiti da più di tre mesi, all'inps non sussiste nulla, il patronato ha smesso di rispondermi ne tramite mail e ne tramite via telefonica; impossibile fissare un appuntamento. Ad oggi il problema resta irrisolto, avendo anche pagato il servizio ho mandato una diffida.
Ci tengo a precisare che non è un problema dell'INPS (la quale non ha nemmeno ricevuto la domanda), il patronato deve letteralmente ancora trasmettere i dati.

To date the problem remains unsolved, having also paid for the service I sent a warning.
I want to clarify that it is not a problem for INPS (which has not even received the application), the patronage must literally still transmit the data.
