Il periodo non è stato certamente dei più fortunati se si considera il covid, le restrizioni, le limitazioni e i mille decreti che stanno condizionando le nostre vite dal Febbraio 2020. Nonostante la fatica e le difficoltà di questo momento storico, si sono mostrati sempre disponibili, gentili, premurosi e attenti a noi, dal primo momento fino a dopo l'atto. Che dire, peccato non avere una seconda abitazione da salutare perché è stato davvero bello conoscerli e lavorare con loro.
My family and I turned to them for the sale of our house in the hinterland of Imperia. The period was certainly not the luckiest if we consider the covid, the restrictions, the limitations and the thousand decrees that have been affecting our lives since February 2020. Despite the fatigue and difficulties of this historical moment, they have always shown themselves available, kind, thoughtful and attentive to us, from the first moment until after the act. What can I say, it's a pity not to have a second home to say goodbye because it was really nice to meet them and work with them.

I had 100 more questions before my husband went to see the property and all of them were answered in a timely manner.
Fernando and Cristina made our journey of buying a house in Italy like a walk in a park. We went to see the house twice, we got help with opening a bank account and hiring an architect.
