Alla richiesta di rimozione dell'annuncio hanno fatto passare una settimana senza fare nulla, durante la telefonata per un sollecito mi hanno sbattuto giù il telefono mentre parlavo, e inviato una mail accusandomi di essere stato maleducato e minaccioso. Poi chissà perché magicamente l'annuncio è sparito. Dicono di essere in questo settore da 31 anni ma è evidente che su come gestire clienti o potenziali tali hanno ancora grandi spazi di miglioramento. A mio avviso permalosi, incapaci di incassare una critica e anzi se fatta, gli aggressivi e minacciosi diventano loro. Forse questo atteggiamento poteva funzionare 31 anni fa, forse eh... Ma nel 2021 è davvero assenza di professionalità.
