★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi per vedere degli appartamenti, peccato che anzichè illustrarmi l'immobile il sig. Stefano ha ricevuto un muratore elencando una serie di lavori da eseguire per conto di un altro cliente (forse), mi sono sentita di troppo quindi considero questo un comportamento arrogante in educato e presuntuoso.
I was today to see some apartments, too bad that instead of illustrating the property, Mr. Stefano received a bricklayer listing a series of jobs to be carried out on behalf of another client (perhaps), I felt too much so I consider this an arrogant behavior in polite and conceited.

Esperienza di vendita immobile con successione pessima.
Nonostante abbiano preteso l'esclusiva,richiesta una provvigione più alta dell'acquirente.
Atto notarile saltato ben tre volte poichè fissavano l'appuntamento senza avere in mano i documenti derivanti dalla successione,necessari alla vendita.
Nessun preventivo dai loro collaboratori,solo conti da pagare molto salati.Tutto dovuto alla fretta di concludere con cui lavorano.
Da evitare assolutamente!!
One star is excessive!
Real estate sales experience with bad succession.
Despite claiming exclusivity, a higher commission from the buyer is required.
Notarial deed skipped three times because they fixed the appointment without having in hand the documents deriving from the succession, necessary for the sale.
No quotes from their collaborators, only very high bills to pay, all due to the rush to conclude with which they work.
To be avoided absolutely !!
