Pessimo servizio, completamente saltate diverse ordinazioni, dopo vari solleciti i primi sono arrivati dopo quasi 2 ore, solo dopo esserci rivolti al direttore. I camerieri vagano per la sala con i piatti in mano in cerca del tavolo giusto, bevande dimenticate, posate ricevute quando ormai abbiamo finito di mangiare (perché ci siamo alzati a prendercele da soli) Non torneremo mai più. Bad reviews for the Lido Terme restaurant. Disorganization is the watchword. Bad service, several orders completely skipped, after several reminders the first arrived after almost 2 hours, only after having contacted the manager. The waiters wander around the room with plates in hand looking for the right table, forgotten drinks, cutlery received when we have finished eating (because we got up to take them ourselves) We will never go back.

Optiamo per una semplice frittura di cui dopo un'ora esatta non vediamo nemmeno l'ombra. Nessuno che ci avvisi, nessuno che nell'attesa ci porti qualcosa da stuzzicare. Chiediamo in cucina e ci sentiamo dire che la nostra frittura non è ancora partita. Ci alziamo e ce ne andiamo. Nessuno ovviamente che ci chieda scusa per l'attesa. MAI PIÙ! We book at the Lido for a Sunday lunch, as soon as we are seated they tell us that we have to wait a long time for the first ones. We opt for a simple frying of which after exactly an hour we do not even see the shadow. No one to warn us, no one to bring us something to tease while we wait. We ask in the kitchen and we are told that our frying has not started yet. We get up and leave. Obviously no one to apologize for the wait. NEVER AGAIN!

Finalmente una spiaggia con ombrelloni grandi e spaziosi, lettini con copertura in spugna comodissimi e un mare bellissimo. Nel pomeriggio sono andata alle terme. Tra i massaggi e le piscine, non sono mai stata così rilassata. Spero di ritornarci al più presto per ripetere questa bellissima giornata!! I spent a beautiful day at the spa! The beach is very organized. Finally a beach with large and spacious umbrellas, very comfortable terry-covered sunbeds and a beautiful sea. In the afternoon I went to the spa. Between the massages and the pools, I've never been so relaxed. I hope to return soon to repeat this beautiful day !!

Ottimo anche il servizio sotto l’ombrellone e il ristorante “Aqua pizza & food” del lido che ha pizza, primi, antipasti ecc Comfortable Lido with large umbrellas, huge beach and beautiful sea. The service under the umbrella and the "Aqua pizza & food" restaurant of the beach which has pizza, first courses, appetizers etc. are also excellent.
