La pulizia è al top, disponibilità eccelsa e la posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti sia il mare, sia il centro. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliato! I spent a week at this b & b with my family. The cleanliness is at the top, excellent availability and the strategic position allows you to reach both the sea and the center in a few minutes. We will definitely be back. Advised!

C	C. N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazioso miniappartamento in ottima posizione. Essendo al centro quello del parcheggio è un gran bel problema,bisogna girare molto. L'appartamentino,al piano terra bordo strada in un vicoletto,è molto pulito,c'è tutto ciò che serve. I proprietari davvero molto cortesi e disponibili. Le 5 stelle non sono possibili a causa del servizio offerto per la prima colazione. Ci è stato dato un ticket per un bar lì vicino:nessuno dietro al bancone indossava la mascherina e tutti molto scortesi. Ho chiesto dell'acqua e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagarla a parte. Per consuetudine io bevo al mattino caffè e cappuccino: mi è stato negato il caffè. Ora,io non so quanto paghino per questa colazione i proprietari della maison,ma farebbero bene a scegliere un altro bar altrimenti le loro recensioni scenderanno a picco! Non solo non mi è mai capitato di non poter prendere anche il caffè,ma pagare l'acqua,assurdo! Se è così che,invece,hanno pattuito,dovrebbero comunicare prima cosa è previsto e cosa no. La chicca:ci è stato chiesto anche di sparecchiare il tavolo dopo la colazione...cosa da pazzi! Purtroppo,essendo un loro servizio,penso debbano risponderne i proprietari della casa visto che abbiamo pagato anche per la "colazione". Nice studio apartment in an excellent location. The owners very courteous and helpful. 5 stars are not possible due to the service offered for breakfast. We were given a ticket to a nearby bar: no one behind the counter was wearing a mask and everyone was very rude. I asked for water and was told I would have to pay for it separately. It is customary for me to drink coffee and cappuccino in the morning: I was denied coffee. Now, I don't know how much the owners of the maison pay for this breakfast, but they would do well to choose another bar or else their reviews will drop! Not only has it never happened to me not to be able to also have coffee, but to pay for the water, absurd! If this is how they have agreed, they should first communicate what is expected and what is not. The gem: we were also asked to clear the table after breakfast ... crazy! Unfortunately, being their service, I think the owners of the house have to answer for it since we also paid for the "breakfast".
