W	Wiebke Pangratz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in der “Casa Ripa” als Family&Friends, da wir die Besitzer kennen...und es war einfach wunderbar! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat uns direkt durch die tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung begeistert. Die Betreuung vor Ort (ebenso wie die Vorabinfos durch die Besitzer) war super! So hatten wir nicht nur bereits vor Reiseantritt viele gute Tipps bekommen, sondern wurden auch während unseres Urlaubs bestens versorgt, sei es Ausflugstipps, Restaurantempfehlungen oder ad hoc Problemlösungen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man von einem gut geführten Ferienhaus erwartet und erlaubt es einem, mal richtig “runterzukommen” und zu entspannen, da man sich dort einfach wohlfühlt. Der Ort Cupramontana ist groß genug, um ausreichend Restaurant- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu bieten und klein genug, um sich den Charme eines noch nicht überlaufenen italienischen Städtchens zu erhalten. Zudem bietet die Nähe zum Meer (sowohl nördlich als auch südlich von Ancona locken abwechslungsreiche Strände und Küstenabschnitte), ebenso wie die vielfältigen Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Umland alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und können die “Casa Ripa” nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!! Bella Italia at it’s best! We stayed at “Casa Ripa” as Family & Friends, because we know the owners ... and it was just wonderful! The house is very well maintained and we were impressed by the great view and furnishings. The on-site support (as well as the advance information from the owner) was great! Not only did we get a lot of good tips before we started our trip, but we were also given the best possible care during our vacation, be it excursion tips, restaurant recommendations or ad hoc problem solutions. The house offers everything you would expect from a well-run holiday home and allows you to really “come down” and relax, as you simply feel good there. The place Cupramontana is big enough to offer enough restaurants and shops and small enough to keep the charm of a not yet overcrowded Italian town. In addition, the proximity to the sea (both north and south of Ancona attract varied beaches and stretches of coast), as well as the diverse hiking and excursion possibilities in the surrounding area, everything you need for a successful holiday. We would go there again at any time and can only recommend “Casa Ripa” without reservation! Bella Italia at it's best!

Ich kann das Anwesen Casa Ripa für Familienurlaube nur empfehlen!!! We had rented the whole property and were very satisfied. The layout is great and the view is a dream. I can only recommend the Casa Ripa property for family vacations!

Die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert, und wir konnten uns in aller Ruhe Sonnen und das Panorama genießen. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei sonnaufgang frühstücken und beim Abendessen den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir können Casa Ripa und die wunderschöne Gegend nur empfehlen ? We were 12 days and were and are thrilled. The house is beautiful and has everything you need which is as if painted. The children loved the pool, and we were able to relax in the sun and enjoy the panorama. You can have breakfast on the terrace at sunrise and enjoy the sunset at dinner. We can only recommend Casa Ripa and the beautiful area ?
A	Amir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (drei Familien mit kleinen Kindern) haben das gesamte Anwesen für 10 Tage gebucht und konnten dort zusammen einen sehr entspannten Urlaub genießen. Die Anlage mit großem Garten, Pool und auch die einzelnen Wohnbereiche sind sehr gepflegt und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Selbst an Spielsachen für die Kinder wurde gedacht. Von den Terrassen aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft in Richtung Berge. Auch die direkte Nähe zum netten kleinen Ort Cupramontana ist sehr praktisch, da es dort ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Restaurants gibt. Bei Fragen war der Kontakt vor Ort mit Rosa und vorab mit Alex immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder. We (three families with small children) booked the entire property for 10 days and were able to enjoy a very relaxing holiday there together. The complex with a large garden, pool and the individual living areas are very well maintained and equipped with all the important things. Even toys for the children have been thought of. From the terraces you have a wonderful view of the landscape towards the mountains. The close proximity to the nice little town of Cupramontana is also very practical, as there are plenty of shops and nice restaurants. If you had any questions, the on-site contact with Rosa and in advance with Alex was always super friendly and helpful. Thank you again for everything. We would love to come back.

The rooms and property were in great condition, with a very beautiful views. In addition, the living space and kitchen are both very large as was the multiple patios by sides. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, which made the check-in and check-out processes a breeze. Casa Ripa is a beautifully fitted estate and very well maintained, close to the village of Cupramontana. The location is perfect for day trips to the beach (30 min), Ancona (20 min) or any of the surrounding villages (all worth a visit). The swimming pool is small but lovely.

Only a 30 minutes drive away from the beach are in Senigallia and 3,5hrs from Rome by train (closest station: Castelplanio-Cupramontana). The outdoor pool was one of the top highlight for the kids same as for the adults next to the beautiful mountain view with amazing sunsets. All the rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean! Grazie mille e Ciao ciao ??
E	Eyadism on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gorgeous Casa Ripa gives you a glimpse of a wonderful Italian quaint village of Cupra Montana. This is our second visit and we enjoyed it very much. Watching the sunset with clear view over hills around the area is fascinating. After sunset and watching the stars and falling stars is one of the highlights every evening. We highly recommend it for multiple families that enjoy the time together. We captured unforgettable moments we and definitely won’t be the last time to come back and explore what the neighborhood of Cupra Montana has to offer.
