Nice, clean, great hospitality, decent selection of drinks :-) in addition to sun and sea

Nice small privat beach. We were lucky getting free sunbed and umbrella as the season is ending, otherwise a bit pricier than elsewhere.

Super nice place to spend the day chilling in front of the sea. The place is clearly family oriented and has safe places for children to play in the water.

Quite an expensive beach for my taste, which ia not worth its price. There is a bad entrance to the sea-on one side very shallow,on yhe other too many seaweeds. The only thing appreciated on my side was the beach bed with an umbrella and pool for childrrn-you have to either buy a swimming hat or bring it with you.

Expensive and dirty. The beach is full of stubs and the water looks even worse: plastic cups, icecream packaging, a sanitary towel and even two socks. Disgusting. And for that, you pay 31 euros in high season for 3 rusty lounge chairs and a sunshade. A pity, as this big lido could be really spectacular as it is situated in the city. The food is more or less ok and the personal is really really friendly.

We found our oasis on the beach. We arrived into town at the wrong time! First we scrambled to find parking & then the restaurant we had marked was locked up at 2:30pm. Every business was going night night for the afternoon. In fact, the whole city looked like the movie for zombieland. We were really hungry and our minds were not thinking straight. I then realized we had some food in the trunk of the car. We then each ate a fig and regrouped. With our minds clear, we decided that the beach should have some food available and we headed there. We then stumbled upon Lido Paradiso and we were in heaven. It was a nice beach facility with rocking music, a covered deck, beach chairs, umbrellas and a self serve bar with food. We literally had no options for food except this place. We wanted some rice balls because we saw another table eating them. When we tried to order three we were told that they were out of them. The bartender then told us we could only order what we saw in the glass case. There wasn't much food left in there. We saw one slice of lasagna and we ordered it. The bartender grabbed it and threw it in the microwave. It was honestly one of the best lasagnas we ever had and I make a really good lasagna at home. The creaminess was incredible. How could a beach lasagna be this good. Beach food is never this good anywhere in the world except in Italy. I tried ordering the tap beer and they were out of it. It makes me really laugh because this wouldn't fly in the United States. These places lose money because they aren't stocked nor does the business owner care. It's high season...you should be prepared. We were now forced to get bottled beers which were not very cold. I wasn't complaining because it was so nice to just sit on the beach with a cool breeze blowing. I'm not totally sure how the facilities worked but I believe that you rented chairs and umbrellas. They even had an above ground pool on the beach. I've never seen that before but it looked like a great safe spot for the kids to swim. The showers cracked me up. It was 0.50 for a cold shower and 1.00 for a warm shower. The Sicilians make me laugh. They would charge me for air if they could. We had stumbled upon paradise. When we needed food and relaxation this place appeared. I never want to go home again and if they had a second piece of lasagna we would have bought it. Some of the best moments in life are simply unplanned.

7 euros entry with β€œobligatory” umbrella/ sunbed at 6pm. Inside we have expected for this a really well prepared and clean beach but unfortunately experienced the opposite.
