Sicuramente lo consiglierei a tutti Beautiful residence, very large and above all clean apartments. The staff are very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend it to everyone

Mais voilà le jour où nous somme arrivé à l’appartement la femme qui s’occupe de la réception nous dit « je suis désolé il y a eu une erreur pour la location, il sera libre dans 3 jour « Un peu agacé par la situation nous voilà à la recherche d’un autre appartement. Après les 3 jours passé , nous nous sommes rendus à l’appartement comme convenu mais la dame qui nous avait donné RDV À 9 h est arrivé à 10h30 après plusieurs appel téléphonique qui ne répondait pas finalement elle nous dit JE SUIS DÉSOLÉ MAIS L’APPARTEMENT N’EST PAS LIBRE ?? Elle nous a sorti 10000 excuse , dans l’urgence nous avons dû recharger un autre appartement pour le reste de nos vacances. Le jour où nous arrivé nous vous discuté avec d’autres locataires qui malheureusement eux aussi avaient rencontré des problèmes pour leur logement. A NE SURTOUT PAS RECOMMANDER We booked this apartment in January for July with balcony !!!!!! Everything was ok for the dates and for the apartment with balcony !! But here is the day when we arrived at the apartment the woman who takes care of the reception tells us "I'm sorry there was an error for the rental, he will be free in 3 days" A little annoyed by the situation here we are looking for another apartment. After the past 3 days, we went to the apartment as agreed but the lady who had given us an appointment at 9 a.m. arrived at 10:30 a.m. after several phone calls that did not finally answer she told us I AM SORRY BUT THE APARTMENT IS NOT FREE ?? She gave us 10,000 excuses, in a hurry we had to reload another apartment for the rest of our vacation. The day we arrived we spoke to you with other tenants who unfortunately had also encountered problems with their accommodation. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED

Manca di lavatrice, phon inutile, sporco e poco funzionante, e suppellettili cucina proprio striminziti... Wi-fi non funzionante. Rapporto qualità prezzo, buono. Located near the center .... and close to the beaches. There are some excellent ones about 4 km towards Erice ... Discretocime services ... It lacks a washing machine, a useless, dirty and poorly functioning hair dryer, and very skimpy kitchen furnishings ... Wi-fi not working. Value for money, good.
A	ANNA DANIELA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento dedicato ai disabili, ma non pensato proprio per loro( lo sciacquone era talmente duro da premere, che non voglio pensare come avrebbe fatto una persona con problemi seri). La doccetta dedicata alla pulizia delle parti intime( a posto del bidè), sparava l'acqua come se fosse la lancia di un pulivapor (quindi se non veniva schiacciata con una certa pressione, faceva proprio male il getto d'acqua). In cucina l'attrezzatura era abbastanza ridotta. Il personale gentile, ma a volte si dimenticava delle promesse fatte( dovevamo fare il check out per le 8/8.30, alle 9.40 abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi per ricordarle dell'appuntamento). Diciamo che era fatto tutto al limite della decenza, ma mancava la passione, il cuore Apartment dedicated to the disabled, but not really designed for them (the toilet was so hard to press, that I don't want to think like a person with serious problems would do). The hand shower dedicated to cleaning the private parts (instead of the bidet), shot the water as if it were the lance of a steam cleaner (so if it was not pressed with a certain pressure, the jet of water really hurt). In the kitchen, the equipment was quite limited. The staff were kind, but sometimes she forgot her promises (we had to check out at 8 / 8.30, at 9.40 we had to call us to remind her of the appointment). Let's say that everything was done on the verge of decency, but it lacked the passion, the heart

Il complesso è situato nella periferia di trapani a due passi dal mare. I locali ben puliti e luminosi. Il personale gentile cordiale familiare sempre disponibile e molto accogliente. Se dovessi tornare a trapani sicuramente un punto di riferimento per soggiornare Ideal place to stay, spacious rooms large rooms, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning kitchen with accessories. The complex is located on the outskirts of Trapani, a stone's throw from the sea. The rooms well clean and bright. The friendly family friendly staff always available and very welcoming. If I were to return to Trapani definitely a point of reference to stay

CONTRO: pulizia cucina nn pervenuta, divano letto e cuscini scomodissimi (se vi piacciono stile sottilette ok), mancanza di mensole in bagno, e asciugamani nn imbustati poggiati sul letto. Un consiglio una lavatrice anche condominiale visto che gli appartamenti sono vari ci starebbe bene. PROS: Large and air-conditioned apartment, good location, price. CONS: kitchen cleaning not received, sofa bed and uncomfortable pillows (if you like thin slices style ok), lack of shelves in the bathroom, and unwrapped towels placed on the bed. A tip a washing machine also condominium since the apartments are various there would be fine.
M	Michał Dziarmaga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamenty w świetnej lokalizacji, 10 min spacerem od starówki, w pobliżu przystanku autobusowego "przy kinie" gdzie zatrzymują się busy do gondoli do Erice i na plażę San Vito Lo Capo- polecamy poranny o 8.30 by na plaży spędzić pierwszą godzinkę niemal samotnie . Wygodnie spędziliśmy tu czas z dwójką dzieci. Na śniadania w towarzystwie Sycylijczyków z krwi i kości polecamy bar "Speedy Gnam" przy sąsiedniej przecznicy. Pyszna pizza po sąsiedzku w "Che pizza" , kawałek dalej market SISA - sycylijska Biedronka. Piwko za grosze :-) Wi-Fi dostępne tylko w lobby , jeśli wybierzecie pokoje ponad parterem.
