★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono costretto a dare un voto basso per via di alcune cose che a mio avviso non sono superficiali se valuto la mia esperienza di pernottamento.
L'alloggio é moderno e pulito, abbastanza curato e situato in una posizione comoda alle spiagge e al centro storico, che si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. L'host é gentile e a modo.
Il problema é che viene venduto per 4 persone, ma é veramente piccolo per 4 adulti, i 2 adulti che dormono in cucina dormono sostanzialmente su due brande in mezzo alla stanza. Al massimo ci può stare una famiglia con 2 figli piccoli.
Il palazzo o comunque il vicinato (non ho ben capito) é rumorosissimo, tengono la musica a livelli proibitivi durante tutta la notte e quando intento tutta intento proprio tutta, dalla tarda serata fino al mattino.
Arrivati nell'alloggio abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffé che era stata usata e non più ripulita e senza alcuna cialda disponibile, ma questo é un dettaglio irrilevante, l'host si é comunque prodigato a farcele avere.
Senza queste pecche avrei dato serenamente un 4 stelle
AGGIORNAMENTO: ho poi scoperto che il compagno della host abita al piano di sopra e soffre di insonnia, quindi é una cosa normale, per farlo smettere bisogna salire, battere con forza sulla porta in modo che lui abbassi il volume
I am forced to give a low rating due to some things that in my opinion are not superficial if I evaluate my overnight experience.
The accommodation is modern and clean, fairly well maintained and located in a convenient position to the beaches and the historic center, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The host is kind and kind.
The problem is that it is sold for 4 people, but it is really small for 4 adults, the 2 adults who sleep in the kitchen basically sleep on two cots in the middle of the room. At most there can be a family with 2 small children.
The building or in any case the neighborhood (I did not understand) is very noisy, they keep the music at prohibitive levels throughout the night and when I am all intent, from late evening until morning.
Arrived in the accommodation we found the coffee machine that had been used and no longer cleaned and without any pods available, but this is an irrelevant detail, the host did his best to let us have them.
Without these flaws I would have serenely given a 4 star rating
UPDATE: I then discovered that the host's companion lives upstairs and suffers from insomnia, so it's normal, to make him stop you have to go up, bang hard on the door so that he turns down the volume
