★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, quello delle librerie Raffaello è un po' un monopolio per quanto riguarda i testi scolastici. Sono gentili, ma i ritardi ci sono ed il negozio in questione è molto disordinato, tutto è accatastato, e francamente anche non pulito. Ma è normale, troppo caos. (Quello di San Giacomo dei Capri è peggio).
La proprietaria mi fa pensare ad Ebenezer Scrooge di "Canto di Natale". Meno male che il signor Luca e le altre persone presenti nel negozio sono più "sorridenti ed umane". Non ci vado volentieri.
What can I say, that of the Raphael bookstores is a bit of a monopoly as regards school texts. They are nice, but there are delays and the shop in question is very messy, everything is stacked up, and frankly not clean either. But that's normal, too much chaos. (The one in San Giacomo dei Capri is worse).
The owner reminds me of Ebenezer Scrooge from "A Christmas Carol". Luckily Mr. Luca and the other people in the shop are more "smiling and human". I don't go there willingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libreria molto fornita, il personale è molto disponibile. L'unica pecca è ,che c'è sempre da aspettare un bel po'di tempo, perché è sempre affollata e non riescono a gestire con ordine i clienti.
Very well stocked bookshop, the staff are very helpful. The only flaw is that you always have to wait a long time, because it is always crowded and they can't manage customers in order.

It takes some time for the arduous search of the texts, but the friendliness and cordiality of the staff keep you company in the loooong waits.

Presenza anche di cartoleria varia (penne, matite, quaderni, gomme e fogli di vario genere). Possibilità di prenotare i libri di testo quando non presenti e avviso dell'arrivo tramite wa. Library with textbooks from all the schools in the area (there are not a few). Availability of staff, respected social distancing. Presence also of various stationery (pens, pencils, notebooks, erasers and sheets of various kinds). Possibility to book textbooks when not present and notice of arrival via wa. Excellent organization. I have been a customer for 10 years. Recommended place
