Non sono cliente, ma ciò non toglie che anche per telefono bisogna quantomeno essere cordiali. Forse era solo un momento sbagliato ma bisognerebbe essere più attenti. Io avrei fatto un ordine se avessi avuto una risposta alla mia domanda. I made a simple phone call for information and was answered in an unkind and unprofessional way. I'm not a customer, but the fact remains that even by phone you have to at least be friendly. Maybe it was just a wrong time but we should be more careful. I would have placed an order if I had had an answer to my question.

Sono entrato nel negozio con l'intento di ricevere del materiale stampato, e mi è stato richiesto sgarbatamente di attendere fuori e in disparte l'entrata del negozio. Quando mi hanno concesso di rientrare mi è stato consegnato del materiale in stampe singole e non in fronte-retro, così da farmelo pagare il doppio di quanto dovuto. Le stampe non mi sono neanche state divise per documenti, ma mi sono state consegnate tutte insieme con marcata indisponenza. In compenso dopo un confronto diretto col negoziante mi è stata data la risposta "ormai è andata così" e quindi ho effettuato il pagamento senza un minimo di riguardo. Mi sono sentito completamente ignorato e preso in giro. Una nota positiva però devo pur affermarla: la presenza di un altro paio di cartolerie nella suddetta via; si spera che in quei punti vendita possano trattare i propri clienti in maniera più corretta e dignitosa! Very rude staff. I entered the shop with the intent of receiving printed material, and was rudely asked to wait outside and to the side for the entrance to the shop. When they allowed me to come back, I was given the material in single prints and not in double-sided, so that I had to pay double what was due for it. The prints were not even divided by documents, but they were delivered to me all together with marked indifference. On the other hand, after a direct confrontation with the shopkeeper, I was given the answer "now it went like this" and then I made the payment without a minimum of consideration. I felt completely ignored and made fun of. A positive note, however, I must say: the presence of another couple of stationeries in the aforementioned street; it is hoped that in those points of sale they can treat their customers in a more correct and dignified way!
