★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale disonesto, sgarbato e arrogante. Chiedono un acconto dicendo che ti richiameranno a breve per informarti sulla disponibilità del libro (e eventuale prenotazione) e poi spariscono. Non rispondono al telefono o su Facebook. Titolare che non ha il minimo riguardo per il cliente e senza avermi fatto avere il libro si rifiuta di restituire l'acconto inventando scuse dopo oltre un mese di attesa senza ricevere notizie, mentre doveva farmi sapere in tempi brevi come da accordi. Dopo avergli spiegato la situazione in maniera garbata è addirittura arrivato ad alzare i toni e a dire "non me ne frega niente di quello che dici" pur di tenersi i soldi. Trattamento pessimo.
Da evitare!
Dishonest, rude and arrogant staff. Owner who does not have the slightest regard for the client and without having given me the book refuses to return the deposit by making excuses after more than a month of waiting without receiving news, while he had to let me know as soon as possible according to agreements. After explaining the situation to him in a polite manner he even went so far as to raise the tone and to say "I don't give a damn about what you say" just to keep the money. Bad treatment.
