L’ambiente è assolutamente confortevole con pochi tavoli e una cura molto particolare nei dettagli che lo fanno un luogo di gran classe. Ognuno dei piatti presentati è studiato nei minimi particolari e per chi si affida al menù degustazione, potrà godere di un percorso sensoriale fra cibi di grande qualità, ma presentati con tanta innovazione ed estro. La cucina di Paolo Romeo non è mai banale, nello stesso piatto si possono provare tante sensazioni, dal dolce, al salato, all’agrodolce, dal croccante al soffice, dal caldo al gelido, dal piccante al soave, tutti gusti che aprono i sensi; infatti, i piatti vanno prima approcciati con la vista, poi con l’odorato e poi sublimati con il gusto, concentrandosi sulle varie percezioni che ogni boccone vi offre. Un viaggio fuori dalla solita routine, per chi vuole regalarsi una degustazione che, rispettando territorio e qualità, vi porta su altre dimensioni del gusto. Il servizio è di altissimo livello e tutta l’esperienza è coerentemente ad alti livelli di soddisfazione.
