Aparte il fatto che fin che ottieni un codice devi passare mille passi , (e non capisco perché non si può fare in un modo più semplice), c'è anche "il blocco" a un certo punto con i codici OTP, ti le danno migliaia, oppure con la scansione QR code dove non si riesce andare avanti. Siete pessimi!!!!! The worst application I have used in my life !!! Apart from the fact that as long as you get a code you have to go through a thousand steps, (and I don't understand why it can't be done in a simpler way), there is also "the block" at some point with OTP codes, they give you thousands, or with the QR code scan where you can't go on. You are very bad !!!!!

Il vostro numero telefonico risulta perennemente occupato. As can be seen from the reviews it should be clear to you that your system is leaking everywhere Any password I enter is rejected, although it respects the required parameters. Your telephone number is permanently busy.

Mi è scaduta sia la password sia la mail Se cerco di scrivervi mi viene detto che la mia mail non è valida, grazie ma lo so già. Problema risolto. Contributo fondamentale da parte di Lepida customer e helpdesk. I have been trying to contact you via the toll-free number for more than a month, to no avail. Both my password and my email have expired If I try to write to you I am told that my email is not valid, thanks but I already know. Problem solved. Fundamental contribution from Lepida customer and helpdesk.
n	nemo2968 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente NON funziona! Non arriva alcuna notifica per accedere ai servizi on line e se arriva lo fa ben oltre il tempo massimo disponibile. Aggiungo inoltre che i codici numerici forniti vi a email per accedere al sito dell' INPS vengono regolarmente scartati dalla pagina stessa. A me risulta completamente inutilizzabile e mi tocca quindi andare in loco previa prenotazione on line o telefonica. It just does NOT work! There is no notification to access the online services and if it arrives it does so well beyond the maximum time available. I also add that the numerical codes provided to you by email to access the INPS site are regularly discarded from the page itself. To me it is completely unusable and I therefore have to go to the site after booking online or by phone.
C	Carlo Lesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) per errore mio ho digitato più volte ( ?) la nuova PW di SPID e mi è stato bloccato l'accesso; ne ho chiesto la sostituzione seguendo le loro istruzioni e sono 5 gg che sto aspettando: non posso entrare nel FSE ( devo essere operato ed i referti degli esami mi arrivano lì) e nemmeno usare il green pass; 2) al numero verde si viene subissati da un profluvio di parole che non si riesce a memorizzare tanto sono veloci; quello che è più grave è l'impossibilità di parlare con una persona del call center che NON C'E'. Assistenza scadente. 1) by mistake I typed the new SPID PW several times (?) And access was blocked; I asked for their replacement following their instructions and I have been waiting for 5 days: I cannot enter the FSE (I have to be operated on and the exam reports arrive there) nor use the green pass; 2) at the toll-free number you are overwhelmed by a flood of words that you cannot memorize because they are fast; what is more serious is the inability to speak to a call center person who IS NOT THERE. Poor support.

Se vi volete bene acquistate alcun servizio da questa societa Grazie per la risposta ma un servizio che ho usato varie volte ora mi chiede un pin di cui non sono in possesso e che non è visibile o ottenibile dalla mia pagina di account. Se cambiate le procedure abbiate almeno l'accortezza di avvisare l'utenza. Riguardo la gratuità del servizio intendete dire che state lavorando gratis? o che, vista la gratuità non ci si deve aspettare un servizio professionale? The spid service with app does not work. If you change the procedures, at least have the foresight to notify users. Regarding the free service, do you mean that you are working for free? or that, given the free service, you shouldn't expect a professional service?

Al telefono non rispondete mai, e chi come me, non ha dimestichezza con l’informatica è tagliato fuori da servizi fondamentali come per esempio il Fascicolo Sanitario. Se fate continue modifiche alla vostra App, fatelo almeno in modo che non si debba ogni volta ripartire con una nuova App da scaricare. I would like to know personally who manages this service…. You never answer the phone, and people like me who are not familiar with information technology are cut off from basic services such as the Health Record. If you make continuous changes to your App, do it at least so that you don't have to start over with a new App to download every time.
