a	alessandro camassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla proposta di questo locale; nel complesso l’ho trovato molto curato e pulito, il personale sempre presente è risultato gentile e accorto ai particolari. Prodotti di qualità e ingredienti nostrani di stagione, una proposta che varia continuamente distinguendosi dalle solite pizzerie per le varietà di farine, impasti e dall’accostamento dei vari ingredienti rendendo le pizze stravaganti ma ben riuscite. Un punto a loro favore è senza alcun dubbio il forno a legna! Incredibilmente buona e tenera anche la tagliata con i funghi, che nonostante avessi già mangiato la pizza non ho rifiutato nell’assaggiare. Conto perfettamente idoneo alla proposta del locale e alla qualità della materia prima ? Bravi a tutti ?? Da visitare, consigliatissimo. We have been coming to this place for a couple of years, lost at the opening, we always come in groups, weekly days and, often on Saturdays when we can find a place, the continuity in quality and in the ever more gourmet research in their dishes and above all, in the their specialty, pizza, is never denied, we are always satisfied and surprised every time we go back, because we always find new and particular foods especially in their pizzas. Siamo ritornati e questa volta, propostaci dalla signorina che ci ha accolti e serviti, una tagliata di scottona ai porcini freschi. A dire la verità non eravamo tanto convinti, sopratutto perché eravamo intenzionati a mangiare anche questa volta una pizza, ma siamo rimasti esterrefatti dalla bontà della carne e della squisitezza dei porcini che hanno reso il piatto veramente eccezionale. La location veramente particolare, ben curata, e con uno stile simil post - industriale. Abbiamo deciso di degustare le varie loro specialità: abbiamo ordinato pizze anche queste diverse e molto gourmet e impasti ai 7 cereali, al kamut, al farro e al carbone biologico alimentare. Non ci sono parole per poter descrivere la bontà e la qualità. Il servizio veramente curato e, soprattutto il pizzaiolo che poi abbiamo scoperto di essere il proprietario, un professionista esemplare, nonostante il locale fosse pieno e’ venuto al nostro tavolo, ma anche ad altri tavoli a chiederci se eravamo soddisfatti della pizza o se c’era qualcosa che non ci sodisfaceva ci ha con modo semplice e passionato spiegato le caratteristiche dei suoi impasti e, ha sodisfatto ogni nostra domanda da vero esperto. Ci hanno subito accolto con il sorriso, invitandoci ad accomodarci. Il cameriere, estremamente cordiale, ci ha subito servito bevande ed entrée, iniziando a illustrare il menù del giorno. Optiamo per un secondo di carne, prendiamo una tagliata e una black Angus. Semplicemente divine, cottura perfetta, salsa squisita e funghi che si scioglievano in bocca. Perfino le patate fritte erano ottime! Una nota positiva per il cuoco, che è personalmente venuto a chiedere se fosse tutto di gradimento, raccogliendo ovviamente un buon numero di complimenti. Conto nella media, adatto alla qualità della carne servita (molto alta). Staff simpatico e molto competente. Da riprovare sicuramente, magari a cena per gustare le pizze! Great and quick lunch.
