Il giorno della prenotazione Francesco mi consiglia, in base al numero di persone, la quantità giusta per non esagerare e rischiare di far avanzare tanta roba. Poi stiliamo una bozza di menù: in cassettine di legno i panini misti, cornettini salati al salmone affumicato e mini focaccine farcite con mortadella e provola; in terrina salsiccia in umido corredata di ciabattine già tagliate; in pirofile le polpette al sugo e la parmigiana; in bicchierini il riso venere con frutti di mare e per i più piccoli mi consiglia mini hamburger, rustici e patatine fritte. Il tavolo del buffet fa la sua bella figura e viene preso d'assalto dai commensali i quali iniziano a fare i complimenti per tutte le leccornie, si meravigliano che un Forno faccia anche tante altre pietanze tipiche da Ristorante. A corredo delle pietanze mi stampano copie del menù a colori con il nome del festeggiato da esporre agli invitati. Ancora grazie a Francesco e a tutto lo Staff per la professionalità, gentilezza e puntualità. Consiglio al 100% di affidarsi a loro per un buffet di successo. Complimenti ragazzi, continuate così! Then we draw up a draft menu: mixed sandwiches in wooden boxes, savory croissants with smoked salmon and mini muffins stuffed with mortadella and provola; stewed sausage in a bowl with already cut slippers; in casseroles, meatballs with sauce and parmesan; Venus rice with seafood in small glasses and for the little ones I recommend mini burgers, rustics and french fries. The buffet table makes a good impression and is assaulted by diners who begin to congratulate all the delicacies, they are surprised that an oven also offers many other typical restaurant dishes. In support of the dishes I am printed copies of the color menu with the name of the birthday boy to be shown to the guests. Thanks again to Francesco and all the staff for their professionalism, kindness and punctuality. I recommend 100% to rely on them for a successful buffet. Congratulations guys, keep it up!
