Dopo che abbiamo inviato una proposta, semplicemente non hanno risposto a più chiamate, e-mail o messaggi. Anche se per dare una risposta negativa, siamo tutti adulti, almeno in termini di età biologica... Riuscite a immaginare se ci sono problemi in seguito da risolvere con un'agenzia del genere? Dopo la rabbia, ora siamo sollevati dal fatto che non abbiamo affittato un appartamento con questa agenzia ma con un'altra.
To visit and send documentation and proposal, the service was quick and kind. After that: poor service, very unprofessional. After we submitted a proposal, they simply didn't respond to more calls, emails, or messages. Although to give a negative answer, we are all adults, at least in terms of biological age ... Can you imagine if there are problems later to be solved with such an agency? After the anger, we are now relieved that we have not rented an apartment with this agency but with another one.
