M	Mauro Comino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovessi dare una definizione dello store..lo definirei un po' luce ed ombre.Nonostante il marchio sia nuovo nel già affollato mercato dell'autonoleggio,hanno dalla loro il fatto che hanno un ventaglio di proposte di noleggio per tutte le tasche e per tutte le esigenze.I prezzi dei noleggi, specialmente quelli giornalieri sono tra i più convenienti del mercato e la disponibilità di autovetture e sempre vasta.Di contro c'è il fatto che la disponibilità al desk dell'ufficio non e sempre del tutto a livello del marchio.Senza voler togliere nulla al personale,che a volte,qualche pecca la dimostra nei confronti del cliente.Penso sia frutto di una gestione non del tutto ottimale da parte della società stessa.Quello che ho trovato estremamente esagerato e a livello di noleggio giornaliero,il blocco che viene attuato sulla carta..direi veramente esagerato rispetto ad altre società di autonoleggio.Poi forse prima di venire consegnate le macchine dovrebbero esser controllata meglio,per esempio, almeno per quegli accessori che potrebbero ritornare utili in caso di pioggia..e non trovarsi con tergicristalli che risultano "secchi" e inservibili a compiere il loro lavoro..Forse pecche di gioventù ma che non mi hanno permesso di dare un voto più alto.Speriamo per il futuro. Grande varietà di auto per ogni esigenza, che sia di un giorno o per un periodo più lungo. Ritiro e consegna auto veloci e con tutte le informazioni utili. Unica pecca, non dovuta da questa agenzia ma da scelte aziendali, è la cifra del deposito cauzionale, minimo 600 €, che per tornare sulla carta di credito impiega tra i 10-15 giorni, e potrebbe rendere complesso un successivo noleggio dell'automobile. The service was great, terms are very clearly mentioned in the website and there are no hidden charges except for the deposit which is refundable. If you are an tourist you may need a International Drivers permit, a visa and the other usual stuff. If you are looking for a rental car and like Fiat cars this will be a great store for you!
