Il ragazzo Andrea anche se disponibile, ha affermato che non avevano avuto tempo di fare rifornimento. la stazione di servizio è a 20mt dal loro parcheggio!!!! Andrea ci ha assicurato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi alla sede di consegna. Invece, oltre al fatto che a Brindisi non c'era nessuno per la consegna e la spunta del contratto, richiamando Nichelino, ci hanno confermato che non dovevamo fare il pieno serbatoio, Per giorni abbiamo cercato di contattare il Client Service di Roma, dove non rispondono mai, e anche la sede di Brindisi, che alla fine ci hanno detto che era procedura standard inserire nel sistema il rifornimento che avrebbero dovuto fare se la vettura venisse noleggiata da altri, anche se non avevano ancora proceduto dato che l'auto era ancora nella loro zona parcheggio!!! Che professionalità!!! Ma ricevendo da Nichelino la richiesta di storno dell'operazione, avrebbero annullato l'importo di oltre 100€ . Fino ad oggi non è successo nulla. Fate attenzione, usano piccoli pretesti per abusare della fiducia dei clienti. Mia moglie la settimana prossima noleggerà nuovamente un'auto, sicuramente mai più da Leasys!!! Quando la macchina che avevamo noleggiato aveva accesa la spia di manutenzione, avevo contattato proprio questo centro. Il "super-servizio" che mi era stato offerto è stato di portare la macchina da loro, altrimenti non mi potevano indicare nessuna officina ufficiale Peugeot. Al telefono no, sul sito web no. Come se avessimo del tempo da perdere per tutti questi passaggi, e loro lo sapevano. Ottimo servizio!!! Ora ci aspettiamo una grossa fattura per la manutenzione mancata. Inoltre, nonostante la macchina consegnata inizialmente aveva appena una tacca di benzina, oggi ci avevano forzato di fare il pieno. Il servizio CarCloud: meglio prendere una macchina usata!
