I had problems with my vehicle about two months ago and went to them to collect a replacement car .... I must say, Great service, helpful and courteous staff ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, dopo aver preso accordi telefonicamente, arrivati in sede nascono problemi su problemi, oltre al ritardo del mezzo. C'è stata anche la presa in giro sugli orari. Nonostante noi avessimo specificato che avevamo un appuntamento loro ci hanno fatto attendere oltre l'orario stabilito con tanto di due ore di ritardo. Quando abbiamo chiesto lo sconto perché per colpa loro avevamo perso l'appuntamento ci hanno pure riso in faccia prendendoci in giro. Inutile dire che ci siamo fatti tornare i soldi e siamo andati via con il taxi. Per nostra sfortina l'educazione a quanto pare non è per tutti
Bad service, after making arrangements by telephone, problems arise after arriving at the office, in addition to the delay of the vehicle. There was also the mockery of timetables. Although we had specified that we had an appointment, they made us wait after the scheduled time with a two hour delay. When we asked for the discount because it was their fault we had missed the appointment, they even laughed at us and made fun of us. Needless to say, we got our money back and took the taxi away. Unfortunately for us, education is apparently not for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilità del personale nulla da dire , però mi è stata consegnata una vettura dove la gomma dei tergicristalli consumata e il tegicristallo dietro mancava completamente.
Il telecomando a distanza non funzionante l'impianto di ricarica della batteria essendo ibrida, rotta non si ricarica , manopola dell'aria caldo freddo bloccata, e per gradire senza una goccia di olio motore !
Staff availability nothing to say, but I was given a car where the wiper rubber was worn and the rear wiper was missing completely.
The remote control does not work the battery charging system being hybrid, broken does not recharge, hot cold air knob blocked, and to appreciate without a drop of engine oil!
