E che devo contattare l'azienda dei fornelli...oppure di ricomprarli io da qualche altra parte!!! Ci tengo a precisare che la scelta che ho fatto nel comprarli non è stata assolutamente economica poiché mi è stata consigliata essendo uno dei migliori prodotti. Disastroso il servizio di consegna a domicilio. Per eventuali nuovi acquisti optero' per prodotti locali a km zero. Bad experience with the shop in Vibo Valentia. Product information not detailed, total darkness on delivery times. The home delivery service is disastrous. For any new purchases I will opt for local products at zero km.

Alla consegna (già era tutto pagato ) la maggior parte dei pezzi sono arrivati rovinati e la referente del negozio mi ha a risposto che non dipendeva da lei e dovevo chiamare in azienda. Per cui ho dovuto ricorrere all'avvocato per potermi vedere sostituiti tutti i mobili. Ci sono voluti 2 mesi e 2 lettere di sollecito dell'avvocato, dato che l'azienda prendeva tempo. In tutto ciò il negozio se n'è lavato le mani. In ogni caso a distanza di 3 anni mi rendo conto che la qualità non è eccezionale e che avrei potuto spendere molto meno per una stessa discreta qualità. L	Luigi 1967 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA DELUSIONE: Ho comprato un divano e un materasso. Il divano dopo soli 15 giorno è ceduto, ho chiamato il negozio per l'assistenza che non è mai venuta. Ho mandato PEC al negozio e alla sede senza avere risposta. Sono dovuto andare per le vie legali….e ancora aspetto. Il materasso è scarsissimo, è buono per far venire il mal di schiena. Non è sicuramente più la Château d'Ax di 20 anni fa. A DELUSION: I bought a sofa and mattress. The sofa was sold out after only 15 days, I called the shop for assistance which never came. I sent PEC to the shop and headquarters without having an answer. I had to go through the legal channels ... and still wait. The mattress is very scarce, it is good for back pain. It is certainly no longer the Château d'Ax of 20 years ago.

MAI PIù ACQUISTI! Lady of the shop available, but I must say that the response from milan really disappointing. after only 24 months of which relamente used 12/13 but it should be disappointing. NEVER MORE PURCHASES!
