Non è per niente pesante, anzi molto leggera come impasto, cottura perfetta. Contentissimo e di sicuro ci ritornerò.
Abbiamo preso anche due babà da mezzo kg ciascuno, è sono gustosi perfetti.
Oltre al fatto che la Signora la proprietario è davvero una Donna
