Per un montaggio/smontaggio di un sistema satellitare ho dovuto sudare sette camicie, le informazioni in presenza devono essere carpite con le pinze, per non parlare delle informazioni telefoniche nelle quali, a parte le lunghe pause alla Celentano, è il cliente a dover prendere l'iniziativa sulle procedure da seguire, sempre che la signora all'accettazione sia in giornata. Lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosciuti per un cambio di Olio in emergenza per una vettura di flotta a noleggio, si sono comportati con professionalità risolvendomi il problema dopo verifica dello stato dell'olio e successivo appuntamento per effettuare il cambio effettuato in un'ora circa. Tengo a precisare che avevo contattato preventivamente altri due centri di assistenza in zona ma uno era chiuso da tempo e l'altro mi ha risposto che aveva l'agenda piena. Con loro ho invece risolto il tutto. Bravi
