★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho involontariamente prenotato per 3gg sbagliando la città di ritiro del veicolo ,ho contattato immediatamente il servizio clienti per modificare la città ma mi é stato detto che non era possibile e che avrei pagato una penale di 3gg che praticamente equivale all'importo speso per il noleggio .Insomma ho speso 130 euro e ho noleggiato l'auto da un'altra compagnia ,mai più noleggerò con Sixt
I involuntarily booked for 3 days by mistaking the city of collection of the vehicle, I immediately contacted customer service to change the city but I was told that it was not possible and that I would pay a 3-day penalty which practically equals the amount spent on the rental In short, I spent 130 euros and I rented the car from another company, I will never rent again with Sixt
