★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost, reserved a car there, arrived the morning to pick up the car and they didn't have it. We made the reservation in advance to make sure we would have a car in this little town of Sicily. They were laughing at me and my girlfriend. We were asking for alternative solutions since it was the plain middle of the month of august and they were finding the whole situation really funny and didn't try to help one second. Quite the opposite. It was a real nightmare took many hours to find another car at a Budget on the other side of the town. We were bless to do business elsewhere and not with them.
