★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onestà professionale! Da premettere che finora, tutti i problemi con le precedenti lavatrici sono sempre stati "risolti" con un nuovo acquisto per scarsa convenienza nell'eseguirne la riparazione.
Contatto la ditta, richiedendo assistenza per la lavatrice (di due anni) che non funzionava più segnalando codici di errore. Sopraggiunti in giornata i tecnici, hanno smontato la lavatrice, individuato immediatamente il problema, e sostituendo un pezzo hanno ripristinato l'utilizzo. Prima esperienza positiva!! Complimenti ancora per celerità, cortesia e professionalità.

Ebbene, nella stessa mattinata sono arrivati i tecnici, educati e professionali; hanno sostituito il pezzo non più funzionante ripristinando l'elettrodomestico. Problema risolto in meno di 24 ore. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso questo centro in quanto era segnalato come centro assistenza Argo. Ho portato a sistemare il deumidificatore che non aspirava più. Dopo averlo tenuto per un mese mi hanno Chiamata dicendomi che il deumidificatore era stato ripulito controllato e ora aspirava. L'ho preso, arrivo a casa lo metto in funzione per una notte intera e non funzionava, era rimasto per come glielo avevo portato. Li ho chiamati, spiegando che non funzionava, mi è stato risposto che mi avrebbero fatto richiamare dal tecnico ma non ho ricevuto più nessuna notizia. Ho provato a richiamare e non ho avuto risposta.
I went to this center as it was marked as an Argo service center. I took to fix the dehumidifier that no longer sucked. After holding it for a month they called me and told me that the dehumidifier had been cleaned checked and was now vacuuming. I took it, I get home I put it on for a whole night and it didn't work, it was left as I had brought it to him. I called them, explaining that it was not working, I was told that they would have the technician call me back but I have not received any more news. I tried to call back and got no answer.
