Ci sono venuti a prendere direttamente al b&b dove alloggiavamo, per condurci in filiale e ritirare la macchina. Stessa disponibilità alla riconsegna. Macchina in ottime condizioni, nessun tipo di imprevisto. Prezzi ragionevoli, non necessita di carta di credito. Grazie ancora! Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff. They picked us up directly at the b & b where we were staying, to take us to the branch and pick up the car. Same availability for return. Machine in excellent condition, no unexpected events. Ci hanno trovato all' ultimo una macchina, a prezzi onesti e potendo pagare con la carta i debito. Si sono offerti di venirci a prendere alla stazione e ci hanno anche riportato.... siamo rimaste sorprese dalla disponibilità, e gentilezza dimostrataci :) Highly recommended !! Staff very kind and very helpful. At last they found us a car, at fair prices and being able to pay the debts with the card. They offered to pick us up at the station and also brought us back .... we were surprised by the availability, and kindness shown to us :)

Tutto confermato fino al ritiro della macchina, al che il titolare o il dipendente non aveva il seggiolino. Data la loro mancanza avevo richiesto il pagamento da parte loro di eventuali multe o se era possibile aver il seggiolino qualche girono dopo mi e stata negata la richiesta di entrambe le cose in maniera alquanto scortese. Nenache la minima scusa e stata mossa, anzi l adetto se ne uscito dicendo che mica era colpa sua se il collega non aveva lasciato il seggiolino e non era colpa sua se prendevamo multe. Il tutto al ritiro senza curarsi del fatto potevamo necessitare urgentemente della macchina. Il tutto risolto in un altra concessionaria differente subito dopo questa, sulla stessa via. Servizio scadente, personale molto scortese. Invece di avvicinare i clienti li allontanano. Mai più e lo sconsiglio a tutti. If you could, I would have also given 0. Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo noleggiato un'auto nel mese di agosto per le vacanze, abbiamo pagato 70 euro al giorno per dieci giorni, quindi, 700 euro totali. L'auto che mi hanno dato era un rottame, graffiata, lurida, consumata, ammaccata, con le gomme lisce, i fari ossidati e con una frizione così dura da farmi venire la sciatica, vi dico solo che appena me l'hanno data è spuntata subito la spia del motore, inoltre avevamo un limite massimo di chilometraggio quindi tra la macchina che faceva schifo e ribrezzo e il limite di chilometraggio non abbiamo potuto visitare la Sicilia come avremmo voluto! Ah dimenticavo lo stereo della macchina era a CASSETTE! CIOÈ IO HO PAGATO 700 EURO + 250 euro di cauzione e non ho potuto neanche ascoltare la musica , perciò abbiamo acquistato una cassa portatile! STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA GENTE PERCHÉ AL TELEFONO VI DICE CHE NOLEGGIA AUTO NUOVE E POI VI DA I ROTTAMI! Con i soldi che abbiamo speso, sto rottame me lo compravo! Piuttosto che noleggiare ancora una volta da loro vado in giro coi mezzi pubblici! MAI PIÙ! Ah, dimenticavo, nelle foto che allego la vedete pulita perché l'avevamo fatta lavare noi!
