La stanza era molto confortevole, silenziosa e pulitissima.
Discreta scelta di alimenti dolci e salati per la colazione.
Personale molto gentile, il proprietario disponibilissimo e ricco di informazioni per visitare la città e i dintorni.
 The whole building has been recently renovated.
The room was very comfortable, quiet and spotless.
Decent choice of sweet and savory foods for breakfast.
Very kind staff, the owner very helpful and full of information to visit the city and the surroundings.

Colazione molto buona, camera/appartamento ben curato e pulito!

Excellent location, very close to the center. Owner helpful and very kind, who advised us where to eat in the evening (the best restaurant we ate in in two weeks of vacation).
Very good breakfast, well-kept and clean room / apartment!
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato questo week end, abbiamo contattato la struttura il giorno stesso, personale accogliente e disponibile. Ci hanno fornito un appartamento distante dall’albergo, raggiungibile a piedi, la cucina non utilizzabile perché altrimenti ti addebitano i costi extra della pulizia, dopo aver pagato 130€ per una sola notte. La casa risponde di un divano letto e una stanza matrimoniale separata da una tenda, senza porte. La colazione a buffet pagata in supplemento extra di 10€, ma non c’era molto assortimento.
Purtroppo devo fare una stella, perché il soggiorno non è stato molto gradito.
I stayed this weekend, we contacted the hotel the same day, welcoming and helpful staff. They provided us with an apartment away from the hotel, within walking distance, the kitchen cannot be used because otherwise they will charge you the extra cleaning costs, after paying € 130 for one night only. The house has a sofa bed and a double room separated by a curtain, without doors. The buffet breakfast paid an extra € 10 supplement, but there was not much selection.
Unfortunately I have to give a star, because the stay was not very pleasant.

Colazione varia e piacevolmente fruibile nello spazio comune del Residence.
Appartamento in ottime condizioni, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort.
Ottima posizione: vicinissimo al bellissimo centro di Castellamare (un po' di pazienza per il traffico notturno), permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggetta in centro, e in 5 minuti di auto l'ampia Plaja (più adatta per famiglie con bambini).
Ci siamo trovati benissimo e una settimana è praticamente volata!

Varied and pleasantly available breakfast in the common area of the Residence.
Apartment in excellent condition, clean and equipped with all comforts.
Excellent location: very close to the beautiful center of Castellamare (a little patience for the night traffic), it allows you to walk to the beach in the center, and in 5 minutes by car the wide Plaja (more suitable for families with children).
We had a great time and a week practically flew by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During check-in, the hotel staff told me rather rudely that they were worried about me partying and making noise, even though there were no reasons for making such assumption. They suggested that I cancelled the reservation. Naturally, I did just that, because such treatment of clients is unacceptable. This put me in a situation where I had to look for a different place right away. Luckily, I manged to find a much better place, but I do recommend that you save yourself negative emotions and do not book at Le Zagare hotel.
