Nice location and good food but small portions for the cost they have. We ate well but a little excessive expense for the dishes received.

Sicuramente non é un ristorante da tutti i giorni, ma é la location ideale per festeggiare, per stupire, per deliziare. L'ambiente é molto particolare e ristrutturato con gusto, gli arredi sono ricercati, l'apparecchiatura raffinata, gli spazi ampi a garantire intimità. Le presentazioni sono curate, le ricette sono ricercate ma con porzioni giuste, ottima la carne, degni di nota i dolci. É il luogo ideale anche per chi adotta un regime alimentare vegetariano. Ampia carta di vini locali. I gestori sono giovani e motivati, la cucina é tecnica ma con un'ottima dose di cuore If you are looking for an intimate setting, tasty cuisine, carefully prepared dishes and local ingredients of excellent quality, this is the place for you! It is certainly not an everyday restaurant, but it is the ideal location to celebrate, to amaze, to delight. The environment is very particular and tastefully renovated, the furnishings are refined, the equipment refined, the large spaces guarantee intimacy. Il termine "ristorante" non rende l'idea dell'ambiente che si va a scoprire Un locale accogliente caldo capace di farti sentire a casa, curato nei particolari estremamente ordinato e con una scelta di vini di prim'ordine Fuori dal centro, lontano dalla frequentatissima piazza centrale, se avete voglia di cercare...se avete voglia di scoprire.... Cercate Le Volte ad Arezzo... Non vi descrivo il piacere di scoprire i piatti nel menù.... Non voglio privarvi del piacere di scoprire cosa questi due ragazzi sanno offrirvi. Andateci!!.... Gestita da due ragazzi giovani e neosposi.. E l'amore che trapelano lo si apprezza anche nei cibi, ricercati ma sopratutto locali. La cura la si può apprezzare già appena si entra. Una vecchia cisterna dell'acqua del 1400 accuratamente restaurata ed arredata. Un momento di relax, coccole e raffinata cucina che non può mancare se siamo nei dintorni della piazza più bella d'Arezzo. Arezzo is a city to be discovered. The historic center hides glimpses and small enchanting streets. And one of these places is the Ristorante le Volte. Managed by two young and newlyweds .. And the love that transpires is also appreciated in the foods, sought after but above all local. The care can be appreciated as soon as you enter. An old water cistern from the 1400s carefully restored and furnished. A moment of relaxation, pampering and refined cuisine that cannot be missed if we are in the surroundings of the most beautiful square in Arezzo.

Il menù offre varie scelte di piatti anche se questi ultimi non sono tantissimi, sicuramente prodotti di ottima qualità, impiattamento elegante e raffinato. Carta dei vini ben assortita, sono comprese le migliori case vinicole. Prezzi assolutamente nella norma, considerando tutto, dal servizio alla location, dai prodotti del piatto alla pulizia del locale, senza tralasciare il fatto che il locale è situato a 2 passi da Piazza Grande, pieno centro storico. Il massimo delle stelle dunque, 5, sono anche riduttive. Beautiful, well-kept, welcoming and elegant restaurant. Room staff prepared and polite, they brought us a taste of cheese offered by the house. The menu offers various choices of dishes even if the latter are not many, certainly products of excellent quality, elegant and refined dishing. Well-assorted wine list, including the best wineries. Prices are absolutely normal, considering everything from the service to the location, from the dish products to the cleaning of the room, without neglecting the fact that the restaurant is located 2 steps from Piazza Grande, full historic center. The maximum of the stars therefore, 5, are also reductive.

Infatti ho passato una serata all'inzegna della qualità e del gusto, materie prime scelte con cura e che lavorazione. 10\10!!
