Al ritorno, una telefonata quando siete al nastro bagagli e ripassano a prendervi in aeroporto. Personale preparato e gentile, consigliatissimo! Excellent service: covered parking and shuttle van service that takes you to the airport very quickly and efficiently. On your return, a phone call when you are at the baggage carousel and they come back to pick you up at the airport. Prepared and kind staff, highly recommended!

Obiettivamente non si sanno organizzare e quindi abbiamo optato per andare via con la nostra auto perché se avessimo aspettato avremmo perso l'aereo. PEGGIOR PARCHEGGIO DI MALPENSA Booked through myparking, upon arrival at the car park there was an unseen queue to wait for the shuttle. Objectively, they do not know how to organize and therefore we opted to leave with our car because if we had waited we would have missed the plane. WORST PARKING IN MALPENSA

La mia valutazione così così è data dal fatto per chi ci ha accompagnato dall'aereoporto al parcheggio, che non si è dimostrato del tutto disponibile e soprattutto un po' antipatico. The service is efficient and on the morning of arrival I found two super friendly guys. My assessment is thus given by the fact for those who accompanied us from the airport to the parking lot, who did not prove to be completely available and above all a bit unpleasant.

Chiavi portate via. 10 min in navetta, con autista ( non ricordo purtroppo nome), simpatico e gentile! Ah dimenticavo. Prezzi bassissimi. Luigi Just picked up car. Used for the second time for trip to Naples. I dare say perfect! Indoor machine (Wide silos). Keys taken away. 10 min by shuttle, with driver (unfortunately I don't remember name), nice and kind! Navetta per aeroporto e viceversa, senza attesa e fortunatamente molto pulita e per niente affollata. Siamo arrivati quasi 1 ora prima del previsto, ed è bastata una chiamata che la navetta è passata subito a prenderci. Sicuramente usufruirò del vostro servizio altre volte ! Great experience, car left for 2 weeks. Friendly, helpful and very clear explanations. Shuttle to the airport and vice versa, without waiting and fortunately very clean and not crowded at all. We arrived almost 1 hour earlier than expected, and a call was enough for the shuttle to pick us up right away. I will definitely use your service other times!

Per quella che è la nostra esperienza rispetto ad altri parcheggi, allo stesso prezzo, ti permettono di tenere le chiavi e lasciare la macchina al coperto che non è poco. Rispondono sempre al telefono e sono elastici nel caso ci siano cambiamenti d’orario. I driver sono veloci, solerti e puntuali Perfect parking for those arriving from Milan and wanting to fly from Malpensa. Parcheggio consigliatissimo, prezzo imbattibile rispetto alla concorrenza, posti auto al coperto con molto spazio tra una macchina e l’altra, personale super cordiale, disponibile e celere negli spostamenti. Scelto per due motivi: le ottime recensioni e la possibilità di tenere le chiavi dell’auto. Qui dove la parcheggi la ritrovi, senza che venga mai spostata o toccata (non come la quasi totalità della pessima concorrenza a Malpensa). IL MEGLIO.

I had booked full service with them including covered parking, keeping the keys and shuttle service to the airport. The arrival time at the booking was 8pm on Friday evening. Due to the heavy traffic (coming from Switzerland) I was running late and informed them that I will be arriving at 8:20pm. They confirmed everything was ok and that I didn't need to worry. I arrived there at 8:20pm and there was no one present, no shuttle, nothing at all. I was repeatedly trying to contact them through cell phone number where I already communicated to them just 50 minutes before and by ringing emergency button at the parking lot but no one answered. Eventually I missed my flight and had high additional expenses. As I later realised the same evening there was a World Cup match between Spain and Portugal and the guy that was supposed to wait for me and take me to the airport probably just left to watch the game. An outrages lack of professionalism. And I didn't even get a reimbursement for non-fulfilled paid service. Btw. they don't speak any other language except Italian, literally not even a work, despite being advertised in English. So, if you are considering this parking lot, please reconsider.
