Ho apprezzato il fatto che il camerino fosse privato e che solo i miei potessero vedermi con i vari vestiti. Aggiungo che i vestiti di prova sono più o meno una 44. Se dovessi tornare indietro, comprerei ancora qui il mio abito per il giorno più bello. Wonderful clothes. Accurate manufacturing. Refined fabrics. Beautiful accessories. Cost proportionate to the quality of the service. Very kind orders. I appreciated the fact that the dressing room was private and that only my parents could see me with the various clothes. I would add that the test clothes are more or less 44. If I had to go back, I would still buy my dress here for the best day.

Andava a prendere un abito e si fermava in reception per rispondere alle chiamate e aprire la porta a qualcuno (anche se in atelier c’erano altre commesse). Aspettare in camerino nuda non ha un gran effetto. In più non mi ha permesso nemmeno di scattare delle foto da tenere per poter ripesare e eventualmente decidere con più sicurezza. Un servizio freddo in tutti i sensi. Vado a riprovare un abito che mi è piaciuto in un altro atelier di Spose di Giò. I am sorry but no! The saleswoman was rude and answered the phone every 5 min. J	Jessica Pellicioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata a provare degli abiti la scorsa primavera (2019). Purtroppo é stata l'esperienza peggiore che ho avuto nella scelta del mio abito. La commessa é stata molto sgarbata, sono stata 4 ore in camerino attendendo che mi venisse portato un vestito alla volta perché lo provassi con 30 minuti tra l'uno e l'altro, in mutante e per di più con la richiesta che mettessi delle pezze di carta sotto alle ascelle durante la prova. L'atteggiamento con cui siamo state accolte é stato arrogante e per nulla gentile. Non é stata prestata la minima attenzione alle mie richieste e - non da ultimo - urlati ad alta voce i prezzi davanti alle amiche che mi avevano accompagnata e alle altre spose in attesa, senza ancora che li avessi chiesti. Insomma, il "tono" che si danno, la qualità e i prezzi non sono per nulla coerenti con l'effettivo servizio ricevuto. Per fortuna poi ho trovato un atélier di ragazze amorevoli che ha capito perfettamente cosa cercavo e mi ha accompagnata con cura e gentilezza nella realizzazione del mio abito. The saleswoman was very rude, I was in the dressing room for 4 hours waiting for me to be brought one dress at a time to try it on for 30 minutes between one and the other, in a mutant and moreover with the request that I put some pieces of paper in the armpits during the test. The attitude with which we were received was arrogant and not at all kind. Not the slightest attention was paid to my requests and - last but not least - the prices screamed out loud in front of the friends who had accompanied me and the other brides waiting, without having asked for them. In short, the "tone" that is given, the quality and the prices are not at all consistent with the actual service received. Fortunately, then I found an atélier of loving girls who understood perfectly what I was looking for and accompanied me with care and kindness in the creation of my dress.

Sono stata trattata con discriminazione e con poca professionalità solo perché sono più "robusta" rispetto alle loro solite clienti. La commessa è stata frettolosa (mi ha portato solo 4 abiti di modelli che le avevo detto essere il mio genere, senza propormi altro), poco professionale e molto maleducata perché continuava a fare battute sgradevoli, risate sarcastiche e commenti poco gentili sempre sull'aspetto fisico. It was my very first dress fitting ever, but the lady who followed me made it one to forget. I was treated with discrimination and lack of professionalism just because I am more "robust" than their usual clients. The saleswoman was hasty (she only brought me 4 dresses of models that I told her to be my thing, without proposing anything else), unprofessional and very rude because she kept making nasty jokes, sarcastic laughter and unkind comments always about the appearance physical.

Personale che ti soppesa da come sei vestita e credo che se anche la persona non abbia appuntamento e entra per solo una sbirciata a negozio completamente vuota si debba accogliere con gentilezza e non con scocciatura.
