In meno di 2 ore avevo già trovato l’abito dei miei sogni! Per le taglie nessun problema, se non l’hanno, la ordinano! Super consigliato ☺️ I bought my wedding dress on Sunday. Io credo che questo posto meriti di non avere mai più un cliente in vita sua. Ditemi se é normale che a 5 giorni dalla data del Matrimonio, dopo aver fatto 3, dico TRE, prove, tra cui una questa mattina, l’ abito scelto dalla mia futura moglie presentava il medesimo difetto che era stato segnalato dal primo giorno a stamattina. Ma la cosa SURREALE é che, anziché sistemare il difetto, hanno rovinato in maniera IRREVERSIBILE l’abito, inventando un miliardo di scuse, lasciandoci a CINQUE giorni dalla data del matrimonio senza un abito da sposa. Dato che i proprietari di questo luogo FANTASTICO (e vi garantisco che non é un complimento) dovranno rispondere a breve al nostro Avvocato, evito di scaricare il camion di insulti che ho in corpo, perché non ne vale veramente la pena. Concludo augurandovi di poter migliorare anche se dubito fortemente dato che vi servirebbe un MIRACOLO. Ai vostri clienti futuri invece, auguro di poter ponderare bene la scelta per non fare il nostro errore.
V	Veronica Finazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza DISASTROSA, a dir poco, fin dal principio: io e le mie accompagnatrici siamo state considerate solo 20 minuti dopo rispetto all'orario dell'appuntamento e l'attesa è stata la parte migliore... Quando mi sono stati proposti gli abiti mi si comunicava che la 44-46 è una taglia "forte" e che quindi le taglie a disposizione erano limitate, insomma mi è stato fatto capire che ero troppo "curvy" per un luogo così di tendenza...Gli abiti proposti e provati sono stati 4, abiti veramente di pessima qualità e conditi di altrettanta scortesia e maleducazione da parte del personale. Insomma, ero la cliente e sembravo per lo più un disturbo e un problema per loro, ovviamente privacy inesistente dato che tutte le spose si mostrano alle accompagnatrici in un atrio unico e aperto a tutti i clienti presenti in atelier in quel momento. Per terminare in bellezza, l'ultimo abito provato mi è stato pure slacciato fuori dal camerino potendo così mostrare le mie intimità a tutto l'atelier e se non avessi avuto i riflessi pronti avrei mostrato anche tutto il mio decollete. Care spose, attenzione ai professionisti a cui vi affidate per un giorno così importante. Forte della bellissima esperienza suggerisco a mia sorella di andare proprio da loro per cercare il suo. Non l avessi mai fatto. Esperienza da dimenticare. La commessa ha suggerito a mia sorella (tg 46) che la sua taglia sarebbe una 48/50 e che nella "sua taglia" non aveva modelli dello stile che le piaceva. Non perdeva occasione di sottolineare di quanto fosse "abbondante" e sottolineare ogni piccolo difetto. Ok la sincerità, ma non sai la storia di chi hai davanti e le cose si possono dire anche con gentilezza. Le ha fatto provare dei vestiti che sembravano arrivare dritti dagli anni 80. Il tulle di uno era talmente irrigidito dal tempo che le ha fatto venire uno sfogo sulla spalla. Siamo uscite mortificate e demoralizzate. Probabilmente abbiamo incontrato la commessa sbagliata (io ai miei tempi mi ero trovata divinamente) ma questa persona dovrebbe veramente cambiare mestiere. La gentilezza è di casa in questo negozio in tutti i reparti. Abbiamo trovato persone che si sono messe a nostra disposizione per caricare di accontentare tutte le nostre richieste e alla fine siamo uscite contente e vestite. Anche la proprietaria all cassa è stata davvero gentile e divertente. Complimenti per tutto!!! What a show!!! Purchased a formal dress for me (best man) and for the mother of the bride. Highly trained and qualified staff. Kindness is at home in this shop in all departments.
