The place is really nice, 3 stars because my chicken was raw and when informing the staff, first they said it was tender before checking till the second time I had a raw piece, not only uncooked but it was completely raw so with the evidence they had to change it, when it has to be the first option to trust your client

Fantastic place in the outskirts of Roma! Count a 15’ cab from Piazza Navona, and you’ll reach a suburban area and this amazing place! Food was fresh, and very tasty, service was amazingly quick and friendly, prices are correct. A gem to discover!

Very nice atmosphere.. I like the way they present the dishes.. The restaurant's decor is beautiful and unique, which differs from the ambiance of the usual Rome restaurants.. They need more variety in food menu highly recommend

This place is an epic fail from any angle! My family and I, plus a couple of friends with their child, have been at "Le Serre by ViVi" for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The staff is incompetent because they’re very young, and there’s no one with more seniority to show them how the hospitality business works. I have to say. This approach is the typical way of running a business in Rome. It’s a pity. The location can be the most excellent place in the Balduina area. Here’s the experience in short: Atmosphere & Place 6 ½: Le Serre by ViVi offers a garden and a kind of foyer with a lot of sunlight and in the morning is just incredible. The decor is missing an unmistakable style. It looks like a messy combination of different styles without a true identity. Parking is an option, and I noticed the place offers parking facilities. Menu 5: The breakfast menu has plenty of choices but nothing about the typical Italian breakfast. I tried the scrambled eggs with bacon, and I received a mix of scrambled eggs and an omelette. The bacon was overcooked. My smoothie was too frozen and not easy to drink. Service 3: This is the first time I have given such a low rate to the service. It’s not about the crew, they’re young and lovely, and I’m sure they try to do their best. The entire responsibility for the chaos is on the 100% incompetent management. We received our plates without the cutlery, they forgot an order, and nobody was supporting us. Long story short, an awful experience. Bill 4: We spoke with the most senior person in the place, and we didn’t receive any excuse or support. They applied the full bill even after noticing we didn’t eat/drink all the meal.
