Non economico ma la qualità e l'impegno del titolare nella ricerca delle particolarità e soprattutto il seguire costantemente e di persona la filiera dei prodotti, giustifica il prezzo, anzi... Fantastic meats. Selection of meats and cheeses in my opinion exceptional. Cellar provided. Kind staff. Una macelleria (di qualità) che ha anche molto altro da offrire oltre alla carne fresca: miele, marmellata, spezie, pasta, riso, verdura, pane e vino. Una selezionatissima scelta di prodotti di qualità. Bravi! Small but cozy shop, full of interesting products from the food and wine point of view. A (quality) butcher's shop that also has much more to offer than fresh meat: honey, jam, spices, pasta, rice, vegetables, bread and wine. A carefully selected choice of quality products. Well done!

Purtroppo non alla portata di tutti, ovviamente il maiale nostrano allevato in maniera sostenibile e umana, non può costare come il maiale allevato in un allevamento intensivo! In senso assoluto ha comunque prezzi contenuti! All quality food and very kind! Unfortunately not for everyone, obviously the local pig raised in a sustainable and human way, cannot cost as much as the pig raised in an intensive farming! In an absolute sense, however, it has low prices!

Questo è solo uno dei tanti prodotti eccellenti delle Officine del Gusto, abbinatelo con uno dei loro pani, scelti con grande cura dal proprietario, bontà assoluta. Le “Officine” non è soltanto una semplice macelleria, ma un luogo di perdizione nel quale perdersi tra gli odori ed i sapori che solo chi fa questo lavoro con passione può farti sentire. Le loro carni, tutte, sono tenere, gustose e trattate in maniera maniacale in luogo assolutamente asettico. La seleziona dei loro prodotti è ineccepibile e di nicchia. Imperdibile, oltre a tutto il resto, le loro preparazioni, kebab, polpette ed hamburger di ogni genere e gusto. Consigliatissimo. I will take you and bring you away! Who said that to eat good pork you have to go to Ariccia? This is just one of the many excellent products of the Officine del Gusto, combine it with one of their breads, chosen with great care by the owner, absolute goodness. The "Officine" is not just a simple butchery, but a place of perdition in which to get lost among the smells and flavors that only those who do this job with passion can make you feel. Their meat, all, is tender, tasty and treated in a manic way in an absolutely aseptic place. The selection of their products is unexceptionable and niche. Not to be missed, in addition to everything else, their preparations, kebabs, meatballs and burgers of all kinds and tastes. Highly recommended.

Devo dire che è sempre emozionante trovare ancora delle "Botteghe storiche" nei centro città, perché oltre al fatto di poter trovare dei prodotti altamente qualificati, mantengono vive le relazioni sociali ed i quartieri. Ho avuto modo di parlare con il titolare e da come mi ha spiegato i prodotti ho avuto modo di apprezzare la sua grande competenza professionale oltre al fatto di percepire l'amore e la passione nel svolgere il suo mestiere. Segnalo di aver provato alcuni formaggi eccellenti ed una porchetta proveniente da un artigiano di Marino che difficilmente si riesce a trovare in altri mercati. Complimenti!!! I was out and about with a colleague of mine from Rome and I visited Le Officine del Gusto. I must say that it is always exciting to still find "historic shops" in the city center, because in addition to being able to find highly qualified products, they keep social relations and neighborhoods alive. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and from how he explained the products to me I was able to appreciate his great professional competence as well as the fact of perceiving the love and passion in carrying out his job. I would like to point out that I have tried some excellent cheeses and a porchetta from an artisan from Marino that is hard to find in other markets. Congratulations!!!
