★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse ho beccato una giornata no della titolare che penso andasse di fretta non so se avesse da fare ma mi sono sbrigata e ho chiesto delle dormine e mi ha chiesto cosa ci dovessi fare... non ti mette a tuo agio e ti senti quasi sotto esame. Magari sono entrata nel momento sbagliato dato che c’era una persona che aspettava accanto a lei. Comunque posto piccolo interessante con tante cose. Accoglienza zero. Non accettano carte di credito.

Non presentatevi senza appuntamento, perché è come se andaste dal dottore, senza appuntamento non riceve. Inoltre, se la chiamate perché siete andati per fare acquisti in orario di negozio e lei non c’è, non fidatevi se vi dice che si presenterà in dieci minuti, perché sicuramente prima di mezz’ora non arriva.
Mi raccomando, non la contraddite su nessuno argomento perché dopo che voi avete aspettate i suoi comodi, vi liquida sgarbatamente ed a quel punto non vi rimane che essere trattati male o andarvene. Io me ne sono andata. Ho avuto un negozio per 20 anni e per me il cliente era sacro. Mi domando, ma perché non chiudete?

Please, do not contradict her on any subject because after you have waited for her comfort, she rudely dismisses you and at that point you just have to be treated badly or leave. I am gone. I have had a shop for 20 years and for me the customer was sacred. I wonder, but why don't you close?

Sono 7 anni che mi fornisco regolarmente al negozio di Simona e Massimo, e dire che sono splendidi è poco!
Lo shop on-line è comodissimo, le consegne puntuali e il ritiro nel punto vendita ancora meglio, perché si può parlare direttamente con lo staff, che con disponibilità e passione risponde con cortesia ai quesiti più disparati per la realizzazione delle torte!
Simona è una professionista competente, paziente e gentile, mi ha sempre consigliata sulla tipologia di prodotti da acquistare e nei quantitativi necessari! Il negozio dista da casa mia circa 30 km, perciò temo costantemente di prendere “poco materiale” ma Simona mi aiuta sempre a non esagerare nella spesa come invece farei io … un’onestà da tener conto al giorno d’oggi!
Infine, con i bambini, ha sempre un gesto gentile e amorevole … un altro punto in più assolutamente non scontato!
Un negozio da visitare e rivisitare per tutti gli amanti del cake design! 5 stelle assolutamente meritate!

The online shop is very convenient, timely deliveries and even better pick-up at the point of sale, because you can speak directly with the staff, who with availability and passion responds with courtesy to the most disparate questions for making cakes!
Simona is a competent, patient and kind professional, she always advised me on the type of products to buy and in the quantities needed! The shop is about 30 km from my house, so I constantly fear to take "little material" but Simona always helps me not to overdo the shopping as I would do ... honesty to be taken into account nowadays!
Finally, with children, he always has a kind and loving gesture ... another point in the absolutely not obvious!
A shop to visit and revisit for all lovers of cake design! 5 stars you absolutely deserve!

Bad experience !!! The ordered products are not sealed and in the original wrapping but closed by hand in bags with handwritten labels !!!!

Last time I went with my 2 friends who doesn't speak nor look italian, the guy did not allow us to enter to his shop! Was holding the door. Was weird. With the excuse that they don't speak italian, still who cares. But I was with them I knew italian. It was really bad experience to my 2 friends. My friend was a pastry chef as me! He Was very rude, I was shocked from his words, actions. Never went back since April. I'm happy to buy online, and buy from big stores in Rome. Still can't understand why acted that way. Very rude.
