Abbiamo preso 2 primi, 2 secondi, 2 dolci, vino e acqua: 60 euro. Da tornarci assolutamente. Small but very well cared for place. The owners, mother and daughter, are kind and very good! The food is exquisite and all freshly prepared. We took 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 desserts, wine and water: 60 euros. To go back absolutely.

Cena squisita, con molte scelte anche vegetariane (qualche opzione vegana presente, assoluta rarità nel panorama maremmano in cui la selvaggina la fa da padrona). Un antipasto, due primi, due contorni, due dolci, due caffè, acqua e vino per poco più di 50€, ma la vera perla è Caterina, il cui amore per la cucina traspare in ogni piatto. Le tagliatelle cacio e pepe più buone che io abbia mai mangiato (se un paradiso esiste e se lì si mangia, sicuramente si mangiano le tagliatelle di Caterina ☺️). Davvero 5 stelle per tutto, per i sapori strepitosi, per l’atmosfera della cucina di una cara amica e per la calorosa accoglienza (riservata anche ai quattrozampisti). Complimenti di cuore a questa chef strepitosa! Catherine is a volcano of flavors and kindness. Dinner delicious, with many choices including vegetarian (some vegan option present, absolute rarity in the Maremma landscape in which the game is the host). An appetizer, two starters, two side dishes, two desserts, two coffees, wine and water for just over € 50, but the real gem is Catherine, whose love for cooking shines through in every dish. The noodles with cheese and pepper most delicious I've ever eaten (if there is a heaven and if you eat there, you definitely eat Catherine ☺️ noodles). Really 5 stars for everything, for the sensational tastes, the kitchen atmosphere of a dear friend, and for the warm welcome (even reserved for quattrozampisti). Congratulations to this amazing chef!

La qualità del cibo è altissima, il luogo piccolo ed accogliente e se questo non bastasse, alle Fate Briache vi sembrerà di mangiare a casa di un'amica. Caterina è a dir poco eccellente sia come cuoca che come compagnia. Grazie ancora, è stata una serata che non dimenticheremo. A little gem in Massa Marittima, absolutely not to be missed for an endless list of reasons. The quality of the food is very high, the place is small and welcoming and if this were not enough, at the Fate Briache you will feel like you are eating at a friend's house. Caterina is nothing short of excellent both as a cook and as a company. Thanks again, it was an evening we will not forget.

Pasta fresca fatta a mano e tirata con mattarello come una volta. Ricette tradizionali toscane carni allevate a km 0. Formaggi del luogo. Vino ottimo. Consiglio prenotazione con largo anticipo.

Antipasti caldi da non perdere, bruschetta al Lardo di Colonnata con olio all'umore di rosmarino e poi bruschetta con burrata e friggitelli morbidi e gustosi. Panzerotti dal cuore caldo croccanti e mai unti. I pecorini locali al miele chiudono in gloria gli antipasti. Da provare assolutamente, se in menù, i pici alla carbonara di tartufo bianco. Gustosi i rotolini di pollo porchettati. Provate il tortino al cioccolato con ripieno caldo e le tortine della nonna.
