Poi il luogo davvero magico..... e per finire ma non meno importante una cucina incredibile, fatta di sapori autentici ma soprattutto fatta con le mani di una cuoca eccezionale che fa il suo lavoro con una passione pazzesca!! Le tre cose insieme non possono che regalare un esperienza pazzesca che consiglio davvero a tutti!! Grazie grazie e grazie I think a place like this is hard to find !! First of all the sympathy and friendliness of Pina .... A dargli luce le pietanze squisite di Pina, cuoca strepitosa e gentile e affabile padrona di casa e gli onori e l'accoglienza di suo marito Antonio, innamorato di quei luoghi tanto da dargli un'anima che si percepisce a ogni sguardo. Per i miei ospiti del Nord "la migliore serata della loro vacanza". Speriamo tutti di ritornarci presto! Set within the ancient walls of the delightful historic center of Ruffano, Le Campane Home Restaurant shines like a jewel. To give it light the exquisite dishes of Pina, amazing cook and kind and affable hostess and the honors and the welcome of her husband Antonio, in love with those places so much to give him a soul that can be perceived at every glance. For my guests from the North "the best evening of their vacation". We all hope to return soon!

La cena ci è stata servita su di una terrazza dove sembra che il tempo si fermi e ti ritrovi a cenare in un'atmosfera intima ed incantevole. Super consigliato! We spent a beautiful evening, accompanied by traditional dishes of the Salento culture, prepared with passion and attention to detail by Mrs. Pina, cook and exceptional person. Dinner was served to us on a terrace where time seems to stand still and you find yourself dining in an intimate and enchanting atmosphere. Super recommended!

Nel loro intimo terrazzo, Pina ci ha preparato una cena favolosa, composta da vari antipasti, primo tipico della tradizione salentina, secondo ed una favolosa crostata con crema pasticcera e pesche! Dopo aver cenato, riso e scherzato insieme, ci hanno portato a fare un giro a piedi per le vie del borgo di Ruffano... 2 persone davvero deliziose! A must try! Pina and her husband Antonio will make you live a unique experience, making you immerse yourself in the heart of Salento! In their intimate terrace, Pina has prepared a fabulous dinner for us, consisting of various appetizers, the first typical of the Salento tradition, the second and a fabulous tart with custard and peaches! After having dinner, laughing and joking together, they took us on a walking tour through the streets of the village of Ruffano ... 2 truly delightful people!

A	Alessandro Ricci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Campane is a unique experience, the chance to have the best of the local, traditional food in a wonderful romantic setting on a rooftop in the picturesque historical centre of Ruffano. Signora Pina is not only a fabulous cook —this is the best food we have had in five long summers spent in Salento trying lots of places including Michelin-star candidates—. She has an incredible eye for detail: the plates, the serving dishes, the lighting. Nothing is too much of a bother. I asked for more vegetarian dishes and she catered an absolute feast for me. Just one recommendation: eat a light lunch so you can honor the food. Book early as there are only a handful of tables.
