★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alessio e Valentina due professionisti seri e competenti. Mi sono rivolto loro per una dieta avendo preso diversi Kg e sono davvero soddisfatto. Ho perso il peso che avevo SENZA fare alcun sacrificio ma semplicemente moderando la quantità di calorie introdotte col cibo e mi sono reso conto di quanto noi tutti siamo maleducati nutrizionalmente parlando.
 Alessio and Valentina two serious and competent professionals. I went to them for a diet having gained several kg and I am really satisfied. I lost the weight I had WITHOUT making any sacrifices but simply by moderating the amount of calories in food and I realized how rude we are all nutritionally speaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato questo percorso un po' per sfida e un po' per curiosità. Ho trovato davvero un bel team di persone preparate, professionali e molto disponibili.
Il mio percorso è iniziato a fine giugno 2021 e ad oggi ho ottenuto già degli ottimi risultati: miglioramento della forma fisica, sia in termini di salute e forza che di aspetto, ma anche un miglioramento dello stile di vita, prendermi cura di me (mangiando bene, mantenendomi attiva, allenandomi, prefissando e mantenendo i miei obiettivi) ormai è una piacevole normalità. Tutto ciò non è così scontato, credo che "istruire" i propri pazienti a prendersi cura di sé sia il punto di forza del team del dottor Bray!

I started this journey partly out of challenge and partly out of curiosity. I found a really nice team of prepared, professional and very helpful people.
My journey started at the end of June 2021 and to date I have already achieved excellent results: improvement in physical fitness, both in terms of health and strength and appearance, but also an improvement in lifestyle, taking care of myself (by eating well, keeping active, training, setting and maintaining my goals) is now a pleasant normality. All this is not so obvious, I believe that "educating" their patients to take care of themselves is the strength of Dr. Bray's team!
Absolutely satisfied!

Fin dall’inizio del percorso mi sono sentito molto energico e motivato, senza grandi sofferenze dovute al cambio di dieta rispetto al passato.
Sono stato seguito con accuratezza in tutte le fasi, anche nel periodo in cui sono stato fuori regione, quando ho continuato regolarmente a confrontarmi a distanza ed ho sempre trovato un supporto professionale in caso di dubbi sulle abitudini alimentari corrette da seguire.
