★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito a Milano, ma quando sono in zona Parma/Piacenza faccio sempre una deviazione per acquistare Lambrusco, Barbera-Bonarda (noto come Gutturnio) e Malvasia secca. Vini indispensabili per accompagnare salumi, primi e piatti tipici locali. Ci sono molti altri produttori di buona qualità, ma qui sono squisiti, veramente genuini e non cari. Anche i miei amici apprezzano.
I live in Milan, but when I'm in the Parma / Piacenza area I always make a detour to buy Lambrusco, Barbera-Bonarda (known as Gutturnio) and dry Malvasia. Essential wines to accompany cold cuts, first courses and typical local dishes. There are many other good quality producers, but here they are delicious, truly genuine and not expensive. Even my friends appreciate it.
