Il problema non verrà mai risulto, vi ritroverete dall’altra parte una signora che continua ad urlare e non prova nemmeno a giustificarsi perché la colpa sarà sempre e solo la vostra anche se è palesemente della macchina. La coperta uscita intatta dalla lavatrice, la metto nell’asciugatrice e la tiro fuori con una chiazza grande BRUCIATA. Chiamo l’assistenza e… niente. Nessun “scusi”, “controlleremo il funzionamento della macchina” anche per essere sicuri di non farlo riaccadere, come si dovrebbe fare. Sembrava quasi dovessi chiedere io scusa alla signora per averla disturbata. Semplicemente la signora con fare arrogante e senza nemmeno darti la possibilità di parlare, perché può e parla solo lei, dice che non è possibile, la colpa non è della macchina. Sarà della coperta, la tua… ma non della macchina. Amen. Non andrò mai più.
