Il cibo è molto sfizioso ed adatto al locale ed è servito da ragazzi garbati e gentili e con cordialità. Recensisco con 3 stelle perché il panino non è stato un granché.. Il segreto della vera bontà è la loro salsa (soul burger) con un mix d'ingredienti, tra cui aglio e cipolla. Senza quest'ultima, il panino, lascia un po' a desiderare, perché il mix d'ingredienti non è saporito. Poi il menù risulta essere piccolo... La particolarità del pane, fatto da loro, rappresenta l'unicità di scelta...e in conclusione, in base a ciò che si mangia i prezzi sono decisamente alti. Discreet experience ... The secret of the real goodness is their sauce (soul burger) with a mix of ingredients, including garlic and onion. Without the latter, the sandwich leaves something to be desired, because the mix of ingredients is not tasty. Then the menu turns out to be small ... The particularity of the bread, made by them, represents the uniqueness of choice ... and in conclusion, based on what you eat, the prices are very high.

Soul burgers è un piccolo camioncino vintage della Volkswagen piazzato su un marciapiede. A fianco qualche tavolino per consumare sul posto. La parte bella è che alle spalle c'è un Giardino Segreto (così chiamato da loro) molto carino con posti a sedere e servizio ai tavoli. Anche in inverno funzionate per mezzo di strutture in legno riscaldate all'interno... Buona qualità di tutte le materie prime... panini molto buoni... Prezzi un po' sopra la media. I panini erano ACIDI e PUZZOLENTI, probabilmente avariati. Un'acidità che ricordava il retrogusto che rilascia lo yogurt greco, peccato che erano panini con hamburger! Evidentemente, la serata prima avevano festeggiato e ci avevano servito dei rimasugli. Avvisato il proprietario, si difende dicendoci che questo lo fa per "Passione e ci tiene ai clienti" insistendo che l'acido proveniva dalle "Cipolle Caramellate" (presenti solo nel mio panino). Ci ha restituito i soldi e ce ne siamo andati. Mal di pancia per tutta la sera dato solo da 1 boccone. Avrei dovuto chiamare i NAS. Unfortunately, it is not possible to give 0 stars. I came here for my birthday and they put us in a gazebo that hardly let us breathe. The sandwiches were SOUR and SMELLY, probably spoiled. An acidity that reminded of the aftertaste that Greek yogurt releases, too bad they were burger sandwiches! Evidently, they had celebrated the night before and served us leftovers. Notified the owner, he defends himself by telling us that he does this for "Passion and cares about the customers" insisting that the acid came from the "Caramelized Onions" (present only in my sandwich). He gave us our money back and we left. Stomach pain all evening given only by 1 bite. I should have called the NAS.

La location è chiaramente ispirata ai locali americani della Route 1 in California, furgoncino all'ingresso dell'abitazione con annesso giardino adibito con tavoli per la consumazione sul posto. Il menu è variegato e ci sono delle trovate davvero geniali, come il classico bao cinese farcito con prodotti della tradizione napoletana, davvero gustosi. Ordini dal tavolo utilizzando un app che fa arrivare la comanda direttamente in cucina, il servizio è stato veloce e il personale davvero cordiale. L'unico appunto che potrei fare è stato il costo, un tantinello alto, ma vale comunque la pena farci un giro, lo consiglio. I knew the place but had never been there, a beautiful discovery! The location is clearly inspired by the American clubs of Route 1 in California, a van at the entrance of the house with an adjoining garden used with tables for on-site consumption. The menu is varied and there are some really brilliant ideas, such as the classic Chinese bao stuffed with products of the Neapolitan tradition, really tasty. Orders from the table using an app that brings the order directly to the kitchen, the service was fast and the staff really friendly. The only note I could make was the cost, a bit high, but it's still worth a ride, I recommend it.
