Mi sono imbattuta nella proprietaria di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica.E stata per me un esperienza divertente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, in quanto trovo utile questo servizio. Stamattina addirittura una sola persona ne ha occupate tre e dopo 50 minuti di attesa che arrivasse, senza esito, e due inutili chiamate al videocitofono senza risposta, sono di nuovo tornata a casa senza poter usufruire del servizio. Sarebbe utile mettere un cartello che autorizzi a togliere gli indumenti altrui al termine del lavaggio, in caso di assenza dell'interessato... Potentially useful service, too bad that I have already gone twice to wash a duvet and I could not do it due to customers leaving their clothes in the washing machines beyond the washing time, without returning to collect them. Grazie alla professionalità e competenza della proprietaria, ho risolto il problema di alcune macchie difficili da eliminare, resenti su alcune t-shirt. Risultato eccellente, consigliatissimo, meriterebbe ben 10 stelle Excellent self laundry, well organized and above all with an exceptional owner, of a kindness, professionalism and unique availability.
