Poca trasparenza da parte del responsabile sull'accaduto, che si è comportato con menefreghismo e superficialità. Per fortuna, visto le mie continue telefonate per capire il perchè ogni volta mi ritardavano la riconsegna del capo, è intervenuta la madre che lavora con lui e ha saputo almeno porsi con educazione spiegando l'accaduto, cioè che il piumino era stato perso, probabilmente consegnato a un altro cliente. Dopo 6 mesi, varie pec di diffida senza alcuna risposta e la minaccia di andare per vie legali, ho finalmente ottenuto il rimborso del capo. Mai più!!! Un consiglio al responsabile: bisognerebbe sbandierare un po' meno la laurea in economia e imparare come si trattano i clienti, cosa necessaria visto che si lavora a contatto diretto con il pubblico, non in uno studio di commercialisti. Su questo non discuto anzi L'HO DETTO IO ALLE 2 SIGNORE che erano al banco. Cosa non va allora oltre alle camicie lavate male? 1) la spiegazione che le camicie sono rimaste lì molto (portate di venerdì erano le camicie della settimana) 2) la spiegazione che dipende dall'assorbimento ( sono camicie che hanno 2/3 anni lavate e rilavate e rilavate e senza mai problemi) 3) Non pretendo di sentirmi dire "CI SCUSI" ma almeno un "MI/CI DISPIACE" lo vogliamo dire? 4) la plastica che ricopriva le camicie da me riportate non serviva più ed era da buttare. e chi la butta? una delle 2 signore molto semplicemente mi ha detto: " la plastica la può buttare laggiù nel bidone della plastica?" Cioe........ti porto 4 camicie che non hai lavato bene e mi dici (non mi è stato chiesto per favore.. ..non mi è stato chiesto) di buttare io la plastica? Ci sapete fare davvero coi clienti. Ho già comunicato alla direzione del centro l’accaduto. 7 garments collection, 3 of which are delivered to be ironed.
