Tempistiche di ritiro intorno a 1 settimana per il vestiario, intorno alle 2 settimane per coperte ecc. Prezzi "normali". Laundry recommended for the kindness of the staff and for the care in washing. Collection times around 1 week for clothing, around 2 weeks for blankets, etc. "Normal" prices.
M	Maria Teresa Cesari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambio lavanderia perché una costosa sciarpa di marca (Conte of Florence), già lavata da altra tintoria senza danni, da me consegnata senza macchie (ci fossero state le avrei segnalate io per prima) mi è stata restituita con striature gialle ad andamento regolare e geometrico (!) che ulteriori tentativi della stessa lavanderia non hanno più rimosso; tutti sbagliamo, ma il personale ha pervicacemente sostenuto che si trattasse di "aloni di profumo o trucco" (che io non uso come potevano loro stessi vedere). Non hanno neanche proposto un buono o altro modo di parziale risarcimento: mi restituiscono un capo macchiato dal trattamento ma la colpa è assolutamente mia. Gli altri capi sono stati restituiti senza danneggiamento ma con lo sgradevole, seppur normale (salvo in tintorie più professionali dove neanche questo accade) odore degli acidi da pulizia. Mi sono trasferita da poco in zona, cercherò altra lavanderia. I change laundry because an expensive branded scarf (Conte of Florence), already washed by other dry cleaners without damage, delivered by me without stains (if I had reported them first) was given back to me with yellow stripes with a regular and geometric pattern (!) that further attempts by the same laundry have not been removed; everyone is wrong, but the staff has stubbornly maintained that they were "haloes of perfume or make-up" (which I don't use as they could see themselves). They have not even proposed a good or other way of partial compensation: they return me a garment stained by the treatment but the fault is absolutely mine. The other garments were returned without damage but with the unpleasant, although normal (except in more professional dry cleaners where even this does not happen) smell of cleaning acids. I have recently moved to the area, I will look for another laundry.

Dopo un mese e n volte di recarci in tintoria l’hanno finito sotto minaccia….. Al ritiro pagato €18 di sartoria senza emettere lo scontrino. Mai più, per nulla seri e il peggio di tutto che sembra che il problema era nostro senza accettare loro ritardo. Mi dispiace ma io nn voglio avere con gentaccia pocco seria. Bye bye !!!! Qualche giorno fa ho portato qui un Woolrich che presentava solo alcune macchie, quasi impercettibili, ma che volevo togliere perché è un capo che ho sempre trattato con cura. Me l'hanno restituito senza averlo smacchiato e con un bel danno che ho notato solo una volta tornato a casa: una scoloritura evidente lungo la finitura della tasca sinistra frontale, ad altezza del petto. Al momento del reclamo, come se non bastasse, la titolare ha subito fatto la premessa di sapere di avere davanti un cliente meridionale (nel 2022 c'è ancora gente di questo tipo, non so che rilevanza possa avere la provenienza geografica di un cliente). Dopodiché, pur di non ammettere la propria incompetenza nel trattare i capi, ha detto che quella macchia è stata causata dal mio utilizzo... Per cui secondo il suo ragionamento la gente usa solo una tasca laterale per mettere entrambe le mani al caldo?
