★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente caro e poco professionale. 1 cappotto = 18 €. In altre tintorie, lo stesso cappotto per lo stesso risultato = 8/9€. Della ricevuta, neanche l'ombra. Inoltre, sono dovuta tornare tre volte prima di riavere il cappotto, perché ogni volta mi dicevano che sarebbe stato pronto, arrivavo e dovevano ancora farlo.
Extremely expensive and unprofessional. 1 coat = € 18. In other dye works, the same coat for the same result = € 8/9. Of the receipt, not even the shadow. Also, I had to go back three times before I got my coat back, because every time they told me it would be ready, I arrived and they still had to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ottimo servizio, cura del cliente e il personale(i proprietari) sempre disponibili. Si può pagare sia con carte Visa/Mastercard che contanti. Io mi affido a loro nel lavaggio di piumoni troppo impegnativi o, molto più importante, di delicati maglioni in cachemire; loro hanno una sorta di "tabella trasparenza" dove vi sono segnati i prezzi di quanto andrete a spendere, quindi nessuna lamentela dopo, e se per alcuni prezzi
differiranno vi avviseranno loro.
Punto aggiuntivo è in centro; in sostanza: se state piangendo per una macchia impossibile, avete bisogno di un lavaggio molto delicato, veloce e/o nella lavatrice non ci sta, venite qui e tornerete a casa soddisfatti.
Consigliatissimo.
Great service, customer care and the staff (owners) always available. You can pay with both Visa / Mastercard and cash. I rely on them in washing too demanding duvets or, more importantly, delicate cashmere sweaters; they have a sort of "transparency table" where the prices of how much you are going to spend are marked, so no complaints later, and if for some prices
they will differ they will warn you.
Additional point is in the center; in essence: if you are crying for an impossible stain, you need a very delicate, fast and / or washing machine wash, come here and you will return home satisfied.
Highly recommended.
