Sono tra i migliori che io abbia mai assaggiato non solo quelli di arrosto ma anche di coniglio e verdure non perdetevi loro sugo d'arrosto una delizia..insomma una vera eccellenza piemontese . E	Emanuele Durando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato una settimana fa degli agnolotti e dei tortellini da ritirare oggi presso il pastificio in questione e da consumare domani in occasione del pranzo di Natale. Recatomi nel negozio questa mattina, mi viene comunicato che i prodotti prenotati NON erano più disponibili, in quanto già venduti. È inammissibile che un “Signor” pastificio del genere non abbia nemmeno avvisato telefonicamente dell’assenza dei prodotti prenotati, con tanto di scuse annesse. Non è sufficiente avere dei prodotti di qualità, bisogna anche saper trattare i clienti con professionalità e soprattutto rispetto. A maggior ragione sotto Natale, che le famiglie organizzano pranzi e cene per festeggiare, quantomeno avvisare per tempo per permettere di organizzarsi diversamente. A che cosa servono le prenotazioni signori Baracco? Sottolineo il fatto che altri clienti che erano con me nel negozio hanno ricevuto la medesima risposta, lasciando a mani vuote chi aveva prenotato anche con molti giorni di anticipo! Ci ha colpito la pulizia e la gentilezza del signore che ci ha servito e ancora dì più al momento dì andare via ci ha regalato a ciascuna le tagliatelle fresche! Aggiornerò la recensione quando avrò assaggiato anche i ravioli ai carciofi !! Intanto voto super per la gentilezza! Nice surprise!
