Purtroppo in seguito ad un disguido e la cattiva gestione del disguido ribadisco cattiva gestione del disguido dove si è messa in discussione la parola del cliente e non si e minimamente provato ad avere un atteggiamento di collaborazione Con la presunzione di essere nel giusto e che il cliente ci sta provando e sia nel torto. Come se poi al cliente venisse qualcosa in cambio .oltre il danno pure la beffa! Beh la mia opinione è letteralmente cambiata.
