Macchine affidabili, tessera con possibilita di sconti. Il negozio è sempre molto pulito. Lavatrice specifiche x lavare i panni degli animali separati da bostri. La consiglio a chiunque abiti in centro storico a lucca, specialmente in inverno, quando le asciugatrici tornano davvero utili. Propietarie molto carine, cosa che non guasta mai. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very clean and well-lighted laundromat. Machines are modern and seem to work well. Good accessory equipment and comfortable waiting. The instruction signs are deficient, even the English version, compared to other local laundromats. Several customers, even Italians, were confused by the instructions during the 2 hours I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience here, I lost 20€ in the charging machine and the customer service wasn't able give me a refund; they don't have ways to check if their machine failed to load their card. So, if you decide to come here, I'd strongly suggest you to take a video of the charging operation to show to the management in case of error.
