Ho messo in un asciugatrice 3 € e mi sono accorta solo a fine ciclo che il bucato non aveva asciugato perché l’asciugatrice in questione è rotta. Ho chiamato per avvertire visto il guasto, così da evitare anche ad altre persone di farsi fregare e soprattutto per farmi rendere i soldi indietro, ma la proprietaria mi ha trattato con maleducazione e poca professionalità dicendo che avevo sbagliato io e chiudendo frettolosamente la chiamata. Probabilmente preferisce rubare i soldi piuttosto che spenderli ad aggiustare la macchina.

I put € 3 in a dryer and only realized at the end of the cycle that the laundry hadn't dried because the dryer in question is broken. I called to warn me about the breakdown, so as to avoid other people to be cheated and above all to get my money back, but the owner treated me with rudeness and lack of professionalism saying that I was wrong and hastily closing the call. He probably prefers to steal the money rather than spend it fixing the car.
